Thank you for your feedback, Debra. We’re glad to hear you otherwise found the property very nice. We’re sorry the TV setup did not meet your expectations. Each of our homes is individually furnished and equipped, and the photos and amenities listed for each property show what is included prior to booking. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as guest feedback helps us when discussing future upgrades with our homeowners. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again on your next visit to Put-in-Bay.

It's great to know you enjoyed the beautiful lakefront location, the clean and well-stocked accommodations, and the convenience of being just steps from the pool and within walking distance of local attractions like the winery, brewery, and putt-putt golf. We're also glad our team was able to quickly resolve the issue with the front door lock. Providing fast, friendly service is always our goal. Thank you for the lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and that the condo's cleanliness, space, and amenities met your expectations. The lakefront deck is definitely a guest favorite—we’re happy to hear you made great memories out there. We’d love to welcome you back for more meals, games, and relaxation by the lake!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for staying with us again. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious condo, beautiful lake views, convenient location, and pool. We’re sorry, however, that some aspects of the unit did not meet expectations. We appreciate you pointing out the condition of the oven, microwave handle, and stairway carpet. We agree that the oven should have been properly cleaned and these items should have been identified during the turnover inspection before your arrival. We will be addressing this feedback with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lower level. We try to accurately represent the layout in our listing, but understand that seeing the space in person can feel different than expected. Thank you again for the honest feedback. Returning guests are very important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience on your next visit to Put-in-Bay.
