Welcome to our incredible 3,100sqft Spanish-Style Vila surrounded by nature, perfect for accommodating up to 10 guests!

The tranquil setting with shady trees and wildlife offers a serene escape from the city throughout your stay. Our home boasts a large game room with a pool table, poker table, bathroom, and bar, along with an outdoor area including an additional restroom.

Entertainment is abundant with a 70-inch TV and fireplace in the large living area, and a back patio with an extra TV and a hot tub for your enjoyment.

Rooms accommodations include:
- Main bedroom with 1 king and 1 twin bed and a full bathroom with walk in shower and personal hot tub
- Second room with 2 full-size beds and storage
- Third room with 1 queen and 1 twin bed with desks area and TV

The location is superb, just minutes away from Lake Somerville, a 20-minute drive to Downtown Brenham and Blue Bell Creameries, 25 minutes to College Station and Kyle Stadium, and Downtown Houston is only an hour and a half away.

Everything was OUTSTANDING. We especially loved the beds--the mattresses were so comfortable (we didn't want to leave our beds). Fun things to do. Our stay was FABULOUS! Thank You!

Lovely, relaxing property

We were in the area for the Bluebell Ice Cream Fun Run. (Somerville is very near Brenham.) We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. It was quiet and relaxing and everything was so clean! The Hostess was friendly and attentive, and she responded to my questions quickly. I would absolutely return here for another stay.

Had been looking forward to our stay as this property and the host have excellent reviews but left disappointed.1. Upon entering property had a musty.2. Backyard porch was upkept.3. Third bedroom was missing all the cabinets.4. One of the bathroom had 1 functional light and the rest were just decoration.5. Only 1 TV remote for 3 TVs in the property.6. Main bedroom only had bedside lamps for lighting, none of the light switches worked and when contacted property manager about it she said "previous renters and housekeeping never mentioned a problem and we were probably using the wrong switch, even though we tried every switch in the room, as long as the lamps in the room worked that should be enough. We had to use our phones at night when entering the bathroom in the main room.7. Coffee maker didn't work.8. The TV in the main living room wouldn't work because it said there was no internet but all the other TV. worked just fine.I usually rely on reviews when booking my stays through this app, but it seems that our experience was very different from what others have written on here :(

3rd bedroom closet, almost no room since it was stuffed with extra home decor and bedding.
