You get the whole house! The property is located off a dirt road which gives it its country charm. Please ensure you drive under 15 mph to keep the dust down.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking plentiful for multiple vehicles in the driveway and front of house. Can fit livestock trailers, too! No street parking allowed.

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

The neighborhood is an ideal county setting. Warm nights and valley views are sure to but you in a state of relaxation.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room, master bedroom, and game room so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.

Please remember that we are in the country, snakes and other rodents and insects are around. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
