Welcome to the Capital! This beautifully renovated, loft-style, townhome can be your home away from home while you visit Sacramento. This fabulous property features 2 beautiful queen bedrooms, a loft with an extra sofa bed, and a 2 car garage! The house features a cozy living room, a loft game room, and the house has all the essential amenities like a propane grill, washer and dryer, AC, and super fast WiFi. With 2 bathrooms for convenience, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Walking distance to the Sacramento River, Old Sacramento, Drakes Brewery, and the Golden1. Experience what Sacramento has to offer with a stay at this Golden State Loft. **PETS (Dogs) OK. Please keep them off Beds and furniture. Please be advised, there is an extra non-refundable cleaning fee ($100) for dogs. Only dogs. No cats or other pets allowed.

Checking in was very simple. The place was very clean and exactly as listed from pictures. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend to others and would stay again when visiting.

This place was exactly as advertised with awesome views of West Sacramento from the upstairs balcony and so close to the activewear had planned for our stay. Definitely would recommend fo Family and Friends

Gorgeous property, walk to the Ballpark!!

This is a beautifully appointed home, room to relax, amazing kitchen and amenities; wish we’d been able to stay longer than an overnight to take advantage of it! The mattresses were a little soft but, otherwise a great experience.

Clean and Beautiful property!

Staying at Jordan property was a wonderful experience. The property is clean, tidy, and well-equipped with sufficient cookware for tenants. Communication with Jordan was easy, and he kindly allowed us to check in a bit early since we arrived in Sacramento ahead of schedule. We highly recommend his property!

Modern, clean, quiet neighborhood

Just as shown, updated modern amenities throughout, comfortable beds and couches. Nice quiet family and dog friendly neighborhood in West Sac. Jordan was easy to communicate with.
