You will absolutely love this place. This modern furnished penthouse has an awesome view of the sea. Great for large family reunions. Relaxing place in paradise located on the 8th floor of the Turquoise Tower at Blue Residences.

The Three Bedroom Penthouse has two levels with spectacular ocean views. Upper level featuring a full kitchen and dining room, full bathroom with shower and nice terrace with Jacuzzi. Lower level featuring three bedrooms with their private bathroom. The master bedroom has one King-size bed and its own balcony. The second bedroom with one Queen-size bed and the third with two full-size beds. Washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi and TV’s in all rooms. Maximum 8 guests.

Nearby you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, water sports, casinos, ATM, food market and golf at Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship golf course or at the striking and conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course.

• Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am
• Free Wi-Fi in the unit and common areas.
• Cable TV with flat screen in bedrooms and living room.
• Central A/C system with distinct zones that can be independently controlled by thermostats to keep everyone comfortable.
• Each bathroom has their own white towels and blue beach towels in the vanity.

• The Condo is 2150 SQ ft. for maximum of 8 guests.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The view was beautiful! The pools on the property are huge and not super busy. There is beach access right across the road. It’s also in a perfect location. The penthouse had all of the accommodations we needed. The staff was friendly. We would definitely book it again. The only thing I was surprised by was the late check in time wasn’t mentioned anywhere that I saw. I believe the paperwork I received AFTER checking in stated that you had to check in before 6:00 pm or you would have to check in the next morning. I definitely feel like that should be mentioned in advance to make travel plans accordingly. We arrived at 5:45

The property itself was fantastic. The location, pool, amenities, and accommodations were excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, my lower rating reflects the communication issues we experienced throughout the process & stay. I initially tried to cancel this reservation when family members backed out of the trip and I no longer needed such a large unit. During the cancellation process, I received emails from both VRBO and the property management company, often from different people. The communication was confusing and inconsistent, and I was left with the impression that this unit had been canceled. Later, I discovered that a different reservation had been canceled instead. Due to the delays and lack of clear communication, the cancellation window passed, and I was unable to make any changes. I made multiple attempts to contact property management, VRBO, and the front desk. All calls were unanswered, and responses were slow. While Maria eventually tried to help by offering a smaller unit, the opportunity came too late to resolve the issue. The communication challenges continued during our stay. Before departure, I received an email asking if I needed a late checkout. I replied requesting a few extra hours, only to be told a day later that I had contacted the wrong department and needed to reach out elsewhere. Unfortunately, I never received a response.We genuinely enjoyed the property and had a wonderful vacation. However, there appear to be too many hands.
