This wonderful property features 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Each room includes a private attached bathroom. Enjoy the cozy living room with a sofa bed and a trundle bed in the loft (2 twins) for additional space. There is a full 3rd bathroom off of the main living space. With amenities like WiFi, heating, a washing machine & dryer, and a fully functional kitchen, guests will feel right at home. We think our place will help you experience everything Steamboat Springs has to offer.

The condo is located between the ski resort and the downtown area, and features a beautiful view off of the deck. This is a personal oasis for the owners, who have added personal artistic touches throughout.

We were seasonal renters (3 months) and couldn't be happier! Fantastic location, incredible views of Howelsen, Lincoln Ave and Sleeping Giant. You can walk downtown if you choose and the Yellow Line is available. Property was extremely quiet and easy to find parking. Inside, everything was top tier, fully stocked and functioned perfectly. Check in was simple and the hosts were always available to answer questions. The "instruction book" was a single sheet of paper (as it should be). All in all 6/5, 11/10!

A perfect place to call home for the winter

Highly recommend this stay! We had this apartment for fourth months over the winter and loved every minute. The location is great - roughly 1 mile (17 minute walk, less than 5 minute drive) to downtown and a 10 minute drive to the base of the ski area. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and just as the pictures show. The hosts were great with communication throughout the whole process. We will miss our time spent here!
