Welcome to DREAMY VILLA BY TNO in Spring Texas!
This 4 bedroom 2 bath place that welcomes everyone is quiet and stylish and will accommodate everything you need for business or pleasure.
Just 20-minute drive from IAH airport and about a 25-minute drive from downtown Houston, minutes away from major highways, shopping, eateries, parks and entertainment centers and you have quick commuter access to Downtown Houston.

The space:
- Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, bright and cozy décor.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, great for kids or friends. Bedroom

Great place perfect for our needs (some entertainment, setup, and stocked items)! The location is ideal for our itinerary- and walmart is around the corner (3 min drive). Quick response from the host is a big plus!

Worked out smoothly for our nine adults. Comfortable beds. Good room for visiting with each other. Open layout would be good for families with children also.

Convenient location, well-appointed interior.

Location easy to get to from freeway. Issue experienced was quickly handled with good communication. Furnishings up to date and made for a comfortable stay.

House is nice but no A/C

Arrived on Thursday evening to find the A/C not working at house. 80+ degrees in the house at 6:30pm. Immediately contacted owner to let them know. After a phone call and several text messages owner says will get a tech to the house Friday between 2-6pm. So after driving for 6+ hours to get to the house we spent first miserable night hot and sweaty…at least there were cold showers. We were in Spring for a billiards tournament so could not be at the house but gave permission to owner to have tech come in if needed on Friday. Around 6pm Friday get a text from owner that unit cannot be fixed it’s a “problem in the breaker box” and needs an electrician. Well, just so happens 2 people in our group are Oklahoma Journeyman Electricians. They had looked at breaker panel when we arrived since a/c wasn’t working and could not find an issue. Most likely a capacitor in the condensing unit or the condenser out completely. The line to the condenser that should be cold was not and we could hear the condenser trying to click on but never did get cold. Bottom line I question whether a tech ever even came out…..owners response was well it will be a little cooler you can open the windows. By a little cooler he meant 82 outside with 80% humidity. We got a house so we could cook meals and spend time together…….cooking was a nightmare because it made the house even hotter and everyone was cranky due to the heat. Overall, worst VRBO experience. The house was nice and clean.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Those things can happen. We fixed the A/C. Everything is up and running. Unfortunately the tech didn’t have the part in stock and couldn’t fix while you were there.
