Very clean home. The host was absolutely accommodating to check and out times. The views of downtown from 4th floor balcony is unmatched. Definitely staying here again next time in Houston!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy linens and little touches that made it feel welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing.Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy from booking through checkout.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway. Some hosts make a real effort to make their listing nice. The TVs were excellent, the AC system worked well and there was a lot of space. On the flip side, the upper deck ras filled with junk hence effectively useless. The towels were awful. There was a deficiency of kitchen utensils. There was no toaster, the furniture was dirty and beaten up. It felt like the owner didn’t give any thought to making it nice. The low price somewhat mitigates these comments, but dude, get someone to advise you how to make a VRBO decent.

Stay was expensive probably due to the World Cup. But, I expected more from the property for the price. The place was clean and all communication was good. The rooftop with the view should probably not be advertised at present. It was just a mess with trash, beer cans and updates needed. The downstairs bedroom had two beds but the bath had but a single bath towel. Lightbulbs were out in the living room. Coffee pods were provided but nothing else. No Wi-Fi. You really need a car here as there is nothing close by and walking at night could be a bit iffy. The stairs were beautiful but there were a lot of them.

Hi James, we strive to give our customers a great experience. As mentioned when you first got your access codes we are available to for any assistance you may need. To address your concerns, All of our lights are working, we use thick name brand hotel style towels and we also lay out multiple folded fresh towels in all bathrooms. Our kitchen is fully equipped with not just coffee, but creamer, sugar, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, spices, bake ware, blenders, toasters, etc. we also have 24 hour high speed WiFi. If you were unsure about anything you could have reached out to us. I would be happy to help accommodate your next stay more efficiently, but to mislead potential renters with inaccurate misinformation is not the right way to go about doing things.
