Oceanfront !! This large 2,900+ sq ft home is newly decorated with high end designer finishes. No expense was spared. Enjoy the Open floor plan living all on one level . It boasts Oil brushed White Oak Hard Wood Floors, 6 Burner Viking Stove Top, Built In Stainless Steel Viking Refrigerator, Oven, Pantry, Dishwasher, Wine Refrigerator, Wine Rack, Huge granite counter tops, 4 inviting bedrooms, with all new beds, bedding linens, towels, dishes, Webber Gas BBQ, Fire Pit, Pool Table, including a King size Tempur-pedic bed. Adult rated bunk bed with 2 Queen beds, 1 full trundle bed, and 2 other queen beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and all bedrooms with the exception of one have walk in closets. With 5 bathrooms featuring amenities like a Huge jetted bathtub and shower, guests will feel pampered during their stay. There is a gated Subterranean Garage offering FREE Parking , a small side yard with turf for your favorite fur baby as well as a Private Elevator. The sound of the Pacific Ocean Waves crashing literally a few feet from your home along with the amazing unobstructed views from this home is unparalleled to any other home. We stayed at Jason’s place at the Mid-District property for my graduation celebration from May 15th to May 17th, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The place looked exactly like the pictures, which made us feel very comfortable and confident in our choice. The beds were cozy and comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate such a special occasion. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
