This cozy and well-maintained vacation home offers a peaceful setting while being centrally located — ideal for a relaxing Southwest Florida escape.

Just minutes from the Cape Coral Bridge, you’ll enjoy easy access to Fort Myers as well as the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva. The popular Yacht Club Beach, local restaurants, and waterfront spots are only a short drive or bike ride away.

Inside, the home features two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals during your stay.

Step outside to the private patio area — perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine, relaxing in the evening, or sharing meals outdoors.

Outdoor cooking: A flat-top griddle is available for outdoor cooking. Please note that this is not a traditional BBQ grill with grates.

This is one of the nicest vrbo’s we have stayed in. It is an excellent choice if you want a peaceful place to stay after a day of visiting tourist places. The home is in a safe neighborhood, no shared walls or people above or below you. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was clean and ready for cooking . Coffee was left from previous renters and a welcome treat for our first day Beach chairs were a welcome addition with our shoreline visits. Anna the host could not have been nicer.

I felt very much at home. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The back yard was fenced in and perfect for my little Yorkie Lily. I would definitely recommend this property and host to book your Florida vacation.

The house was very clean, with many modern updates and was well stocked with necessities. Furnishings were relatively new and the decor was tastefully done. It is a great set up for a small family, with ample space to spread out. We especially enjoyed the cool breezes on the covered porch. We had easy access to dining and shopping in the business district. as well as very close proximity to the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet, with friendly neighbors passing by. The rental is a good value and we easily felt “at home”. The Welcome Book had valuable information about the workings of the house as well as recommendations for restaurants and beaches, Communication with the host was easy and appreciated. We would highly recommend this rental to couples or small families.

Our stay at this clean, newly updated home was very comfortable. The location was great for easy access to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We enjoyed the yacht club beach which is a close 5 minute drive! We saw dolphins playing in the marina and parakeets chilling in the trees by the beach. Anna is a very gracious host, responding quickly to my questions regarding some local recommendations. Check in and out were very easy and the welcome booklet explained all we needed to know! The home is as pictured in the listing. We would definitely stay again!

Great Weekend Stay

Quiet and clean. Located equidistant from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. Also enjoyed speaking German with Anna and her husband. I strongly recommend staying here.

The house was amazingly clean when we arrived. We got there late but had the instructions on how to get in, it could not have been easier. Anna was great to deal with throughout. We would definitely stay there again. Super quiet neighborhood easy to get to anywhere we went

Wonderful house and hosts!

I'd give Anna's place 6 stars if I could. The house is wonderful -- very clean, tastefully decorated, and relaxing, in a very walkable neighborhood. The hosts were very supportive and responsive when some last-minute issues arose. We'll definitely stay here the next time we're in the area.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Location

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, very well equipped, and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The beach, restaurants, and shops were all close by and easy to reach. I especially enjoyed how nice the area was for walking and exploring. The outdoor area was also beautifully maintained and very inviting. I loved the outdoor seating space – there was always a pleasant breeze, which made it the perfect spot to relax. Communication with the host was friendly and easy – everything went smoothly. I felt completely comfortable and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!
