If you're looking for an ideal spot for your next family vacation, your search is over. Welcome to Tradewinds South!
This extraordinary home features a private pool, hot tub, and game room with a pool table for your family to enjoy. Wake up to the sun rising over the mystic Atlantic, and unwind with cocktails in the evening, star gazing from the porch. Handicapped features in the bathroom include grab bars in the shower and by the toilet and raised sink. A ramp leads into the home, and the elevator is accessible to all levels.
You will enjoy a beautiful wine cooler that holds 15-20 wine bottles! And a 55" OLED high definition television in the main living area and game room with Roku that includes Netflix and the Disney channel, DVD players are Blu-ray! All bedrooms also have smart TVs.
The hot tub is located on the pool deck. Heated pools are generally open the 2nd week of April – the 3rd week of October. Pool heat is available for an additional $400 per week.
Sheets and towels are provided year-round for full-week stays.
*Fireplace not for guest use.

Ground Level: Recreation room with a pool table, refrigerator, sink, couch, and TV, half bath, pyramid bunk en suite with a private bath.
Mid Level: 2 queen en suites with private baths, en suite with 2 twin beds and a private bath.
Top Level: King en suite with handicap features in private bath, living area, kitchen, and dining area that seats 8, half bath.
