The check in process was easy they emailed the code to the door it was hassle free. The outside property was well kept and beautiful just as pictured on the app. The only issue that we had during our stay was that the dishwasher was leaking and the freezer had thick ice inside. The couches looked worn and internet service kept disconnecting everyday.

Bring your own toilet tissue before you go there. Because they only put one roll in each bathroom, you have up to 10 people in the house and they only put one roll in each bathroom. Also, a lot of the lamp lights were not working, need new bulbs. And then the cleaning fee that they charge to you is enormous, but they want you to clean the house before you leave. Couldn’t do better.

Wonderful stay

Nice & clean house.we had a wonderful stay here for 10 days. Location is convenient, you can find everything you need nearby. Kids enjoyed playing in the pool. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Orlando.

Overall stay was very good. The check in process was seamless and private. Location was close to Walmart and other main shopping centers. Will recommend for families wanting to unwind.Contained all the amenities I required for an enjoyable stay.

fortunately, we had somewhere to stay.The townhome was very datedThings that were not important like place settings at a formal dining table however, they did not have any coffee filters, not even one for the first morning of our stay nor any coffee or anything stocked for that matter… The lightbulbs were out and several rooms, flickering the blinds when we first got there when opening them trying to look out the back sliding glass doors. The blinds were falling apart we had to reassemble. The showers had human hairs in them as if they weren’t cleaned… Other than just having a place to stay, although it was not convenientCommunication with the host was very delayed and difficult, not very friendly nor helpfulAnytime we reached out they always referred us back to check our emailsNot having Internet service, made it difficult when traveling and flying to have had time to read through emailsWill not rent from this host

Great location and house

We planned a Christmas vacation with our family to keep creating memorable memories! Location was very close to Universal Studios park and stores. Easy access to I-4. House was clean and comfy. My kids enjoyed this vacay very much!

Great location with everything around you!!

The location was perfect being a gated community very quiet with every restaurant you can think of at your disposal 4 mins from (The world of food trucks) 10-12 mins from Disney and 10 15 mins from a Tanger outlet !! 20 mins from Sea world!! My family loved every minute even playing pool at the house !! Would highly recommend to anyone

Great location with easy park access

This was a great location with easy access to the Disney parks. There is a Publix and Wal-Mart very close and plenty of restaurants nearby. The property was clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of space for family to spread out. They were replacing the roofing throughout the complex so there was some noise but that should be resolved soon. Appears the area is well kept. The reservation and communication process went smoothly and we had no issues during our stay.
