Welcome! Explore a delightful home in Lincoln, NE, ideal for families and groups. You'll love the great location, with easy access to downtown and wonderful dining choices. This roomy home offers five bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy amenities. We invite you to book your stay now for an unforgettable experience!



The Space:

You'll love the comfortable sleeping arrangements in each bedroom for a great night's sleep, complete with highly rated mattresses, and multiple pillow options. Please note: One bedroom has been converted to a living room space, but still houses two cozy chaise sofas that pull up into full size beds! A unique table added to this space allows for coffee table use, or transforms into a full size dining table for meals!



Our kitchen has everything you need to make delicious homemade meals, silverware, pots, pans, and plates. Check out our pictures for more details!



You’ll be busy making memories, so we made sure to include things like fast internet, blow dryer, towels, soap, and extra blankets to make your stay easy-breezy.

It had a lot of rooms to give everyone their own bed. Two bedrooms are on the third floor. House was a little worn but it included everything you'd need to cook and live while on a short vacation.

Ashlee was an amazing host- very responsive and really cared about our experience. We picked this location quickly, after our plans changed and we needed to arrive in Nebraska sooner. I didn't realize this was a pet friendly home (it does say this in the description) and immediately upon arrival 4 out f 7 of us were having very bad allergic reactions to the pet hair and dander in the home. If you aren't allergic, this could be a good option because of all the sleeping spaces. If you need to use the home to cook meals and eat ( as a larger group) the kitchen and eating area is less than ideal because of its size and functionality. I can't reiterate though how wonderful Ashlee was in finding us another location to sleep with care and speed. Thanks Ashlee!

Host communication was fine. Pictures are clearly old, likely years. Dirty pan of used oil in oven, smelled poorly, likely from prior person frying chicken. Overall very unclean, found empty bottles under furniture, etc. No dressers in any of the rooms, no place to put clothes. All furniture very old and in disrepair, especially in the living room. Carpeting also stained and barren. The table was falling apart, with sharp pieces sticking out. Stains on all of the chairs and couch. Poorly stocked kitchen, no coffee maker, one fork only. Electrical in one bedroom very inconsistent, had to keep resetting circuit breaker. Air conditioning could not keep up with upstairs rooms, extremely hot, pretty much inhabitable a few nights, my daughter became ill. Communication with host was quick, asked for shelving or something for the clothes; at 1030 at night someone delivered literal plastic shelves that needed to be assembled, which I had to do. Given our busy scheduling I was not able to keep coordinating with the host to address all of the deficiencies and issues. Extremely disappointed that a partial refund was not offered given the poor conditions of this rental vs. What was posted. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE. Also, be forewarned there are loud sirens every night, multiple times a night due to proximity to a fire station and the hospital; unclear if house itself is just poorly insulated but we were woken up every single night.
