A beautiful up market apartment in Belfast. Large bedrooms and spacious living area with well equipped kitchen. A little distance away from the high street and pubs and restaurants but walkable. A pity there was so much renovation activity taking place during our stay with noisy workers on scaffolding on the balconies which were unusable and lack of privacy but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Titanic Apartment

The property was brilliant and was ideal for our short visit as we were attending a wedding in the Titanic Hotel so this apartment perfectly suited our needs and was spotless.The host kept us fully informed regarding access and advised us in advance of the work being carried out at this block of apartments but this did not affect our time in this stunning apartment.Thank you from all of us for making our stay so enjoyable!

Lovely Apartment

Very nice and clean apartment. Close to the bus line and the Spar market downstairs was a life saver. It’s about a mile walk to downtown and the walk itself was pleasant.

Amazing!

Had a lovely time in Belfast this weekend. The apartment was excellent, really clean, spacious and had everything we needed and the location was very central. Ciaran was an excellent host, very helpful suggesting places to go and was really accommodating re early check in and late check out. Would 100% recommend and would be delighted to stay here again - Thank you! :-)

Weekend family visit

An ideal apartment for a family stay in Belfast - spacious and comfortable, convenient for the airport, easy to walk out into town and the Titanic quarter. Lots of great recommendations from Ciaran the host. We would definitely stay here again

Good stay

Location was good but it is a longer walk to city center. Furniture could use some updating, but it is a rental so understandable. Communication was good and responsive from the owner. Biggest problem we had was when someone else parked in the assigned parking spot and the alternative spot was taken as well. So, we had to roll the dice and park in someone else's spot. We had to inform the owner to make sure we didn't get towed. View to construction site not the best.

3 night break in Belfast.

First class communication with Ciaran, the owner throughout process. Apartment and facilities very good. There was initial disappointment with a few issues relating to standard of cleanliness, following communication with Ciaran I was impressed and satisfied with his action to resolve the queries. The apartments position enabled the group of 5 to access the city and again Ciaran provided advise regarding venues for meals, taxis etc. We would all return in the future and would recommend the facility.

Outstanding Accommodation

Outstanding accomodation. Central, clean, high spec and spectacular views. Checks and check it process smooth. Our host Ciaran made the whole process very simple and checked in with us everyday to make sure we were comfortable and everything was ok. Excellent stay, highly recommended and for Belfast this will remain our first option.

Excellent apartment

We were very impressed by the support that Ciaran gave prior to our visit, answering questions and recommending restaurants and things to do. He continued to keep in touch during our stay making further suggestions for our trip. The apartment was beautiful and comfy and very near to the Titanic museum (which we loved). In a secured entry building and close to a Spar. We walked to Victoria Square shopping centre and also St George's market - both of which are worth a visit. We had a brilliant weekend and would definitely come back again.

Nice place for families in Titanic Quarter

Nice sized apartment for group or family. Our group was 4 adults and 3 children and the apartment was the perfect size. Ciaran was very responsive by whatsapp so it was easy to get access and he sent great tips about the nearby area. Walkable to the Titanic Museum and having underground parking is very handy if you have a rental vehicle.

Ciaran is a most attentive property owner. Questions were answered quickly, communication was extremely easy and stress free. Condo itself very nice, clean, showers had fantastic water pressure, beds comfortable. Condo is in new buildings in Titanic Quarter just a short walk or bus ride from city centre. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone coming to Belfast. Having a great breakfast restaurant and grocery store (sells alcohol) on the premises was so convenient.

With 5 adults, there was more than adequate room to enjoy a few days in Belfast. We were in excellent proximity to the downtown area making use of our vehicle unnecessary. The apartment was clean and our host was courteous when we were delayed on our arrival.

I’ve been renting with VRBO properties for years and Ciaran was one of the most attentive property owner. Every question answered quickly, communication was extremely easy and stress free. Condo itself very nice, clean, showers had fantastic water pressure, beds comfortable. Having a dishwasher was a huge plus. Condo is far enough away from city centre for a little peace and quiet but still within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone coming to Belfast. Having a restaurant and grocery store (sells alcohol) on the premises was so convenient.

Great apartment, exactly as described and comfortably had enough room for 6 of us. Great location nxt to Titanic slipways but close enough to walk into city centre. Ciaran was a great host, checking all was ok and providing info of what to do and where to go in belfast.

Beautiful modern apartment in great location.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting in Belfast for a golf trip. Accommodated 4 adults with no issues. Cairen could not have been more helpful with excellent communication and recommendations for local restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Great experience.

Great Appartment

Great apartment and location for a weekend in Belfast with our friends. It was 5 minutes from City airport in a Taxi and had a car parking space for my friend who was coming by car. Would definitely book this accommodation again for another visit!

Titanic Quarter, Close to Titanic Museum, Walking distance to downtown, and Hop On Hop Off bus stop

My wife and another couple stayed at this property from September 23 - 26, 2016 and found it delightful. The place was immaculate in fact it was being cleaned professionally when we arrived. We flew in to Belfast from Edinburgh and arrived a bit early (noon) to check in but were able to store our bags in the apartment while we visited the Titanic Museum. There is also a great little restaurant within 100 feet of the lobby door and a convenience store for wine, milk, sandwiches, frozen pizzas, etc. There was a nice assortment of breakfast cereals in the apartment. Ciaran met us when we arrived at the door and showed us around and gave us a number of suggestions for things to do, dinner, and pubs. He is a terrific host. Plenty of room for two couples. Three couples would also work but two couples would have to share a bathroom. Would be great for a family as well. Would stay here again without hesitation. Alan & Peggy

My mum (pictured with me) is usually the person that will meet and greet you upon arrival, she really runs the show, as all mothers do! :-), she is pretty awesome and loves meeting the guests.

I am new on this booking site but the reviews on others are really exception. Airbnb and TripAdvisor.

This is an excellent new area but has so much history. The titanic ship was build here and you can visit the place it sailed from, learn about the area and actually see the two largest yellow cranes from the apartment.
