We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated cozy vacation home. All of the beds were comfortable, the layout of the house is perfect, and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking! It was also nice to have the extra warmth of the fireplace in the mornings and evenings. We've traveled to Lexington, KY many times to visit our son at UK and this is the best vacation home we've stayed in by far! Jeannette is a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this wonderful vacation home!

Great property and location. Larger than it looks on the outside. Great amenities. We loved playing games at the big dinning room table. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for Keeneland

What a lovely property! House was decorated beautifully, with comfortable beds, 3.5 bathrooms, and a great location near the grocery store. And the convenience to Keeneland was excellent.

Fantastic trip!

We had the best time at this property. It is very well set-up for a group of adult friends and would also be perfect for a family trip. The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities provided were great. Location was great too! Centered between all the fun things, close to downtown, easy drive to the trail and convenient to UK.

Surprise 70th Birthday

The property is fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive. The house was set up for everything one might need. Plenty of space for our girls weekend surprise party for my sister‘s 70th birthday. Everyone loved the home. Location was ideal for the friends flying in for the weekend. Absolutely recommend this gorgeous townhome .

Homestretch for the Win!

This beautiful rental made us feel right at home. Location was convenient with grocery and restaurants close by. Jeanette was attentive to our stay and left us fresh cookies and a few breakfast items to get our trip started. Thank you! We will definitely look to rent again. One of the best VRBO properties we have rented!

Fabulous property!!

We had 8 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and the downstairs bathroom shower was amazing. Great open floor plan in the downstairs with the kitchen and living room flowing together to let us all spend time together. Outdoor fire pit was great for the entire group to relax on a chilly evening and spend time around. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! Great location, close to race track and grocery store across the street as well.

Wonderful graduation weekend!

We could not have been happier with our stay at this property. We were there celebrating our son's graduation from University of Kentucky. It was an easy drive into the university for graduation. We enjoyed our time at the house sitting around the fire pit. It was also close to grocery shopping and a good pizza place. The house was comfortable, well decorated and equipped. We don't have another graduate but would definitely stay here again to attend Keeneland or a university event.

Another Wonderful Stay!

Can’t say enough good things about this property! We returned for a second year after our wonderful experience in 2021. Jeannette is a pleasure to deal with and her special touches are certainly appreciated. Property is spacious, luxurious and comfortable. You can’t go wrong with the convenience of the location. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Well Located and Super Comfortable

Our family of four had the whole upstairs while we took the K suite downstairs, we enjoyed the space and the equine decor. We were greeted with flowers, cookies, wine and breakfast food ...very generous. Other than Red River, no place we went was more than 30 minutes away. It was fun to walk the 2 blocks to hear music at the Moon Dance outdoor stage. Other highlights were Red State BBQ, Shaker Village, morning horse workout at Keeneland, and Ashland.

Amazing place

This was a wonderful property. My family stayed here for my sons graduation. It was decorated beautifully,so clean and comfortable. Wonderful townhouse - Excellent location

Beautifully decorated home with plenty of room to spread out. It is an excellent location for restaurants, grocery store and Kentucky Horse Park. Jeanette’s thoughtful touches of cookies, flowers and breakfast items were so helpful. The kitchen is well equipped to prep and prepare meals. Can’t say enough good things about this amazing VRBO - looking forward to booking for next year!
