Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction and administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded according to VRBO’s standard refund timelines.
Please no smoking in the unit…$500 fine for smoking.

Please DO NOT DUMP WATER into the composting toilet as it will kill the activated yeast and cause the unit to smell and need a total flush and clean of toilet which results IN A $300 fine.

We enjoyed our stay. This was our first time to Niagra falls. Once we learned where everything was at we realized we could walk a block over and have plenty of places to eat or use the bus to take you to the front where Niagra falls is. The patio was nice to sit on outside.

The accommodation is located in the city. you can do everything on foot. But the bed sheets and towels were clean but with a few traces of hair.the dishes were dirty, traces of lipstick on the glasses!the sofa is catastrophic! the mattress needs to be changed!Not suitable for 4 people! No possible to eat inside for 4 people

It was a nice, clean, efficient place to stay. The kitchen was great for fixing breakfast. It was within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the falls. Quiet neighborhood but easy to get to main roads for travel. The only disappointment was the washer/dryer did not work. I communicated with the host but he was unable to get someone to come and check on it.
