Guest access
Our guests will have access to the entire house, including the garage for washer and dryer use. The home also has security cameras in the front for your safety.
Other things to note
Parking:
There are 2-3 parking spaces on the driveway and 2 garage spaces. If more space is needed, please park ONLY in front of the house. Street sweeping is on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Guest is responsible for street sweeping fines.

Please be mindful of our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and amplified music is not allowed outside of the property per city rule. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction. Guest will be charged a minimum $1000 fee for noise/compliance complaints.

Early check-ins or late check-outs is possible for a $50 fee, please contact us ahead of time for its availability. To ensure the best possible experience, please read our house rules and provide the code at the end of the rules as acknowledgment upon booking.
