気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
We left a day early!
We rented another property in a gated community. Right as we were leaving, the agent called and said our condo had been double booked but she found us another comparable condo. We got there and I immediately knew this was not the case. The place was old and in need of some updates. The beds were so hard along with the pillows. The carpets needed to be replaced years ago. The
Air conditioner vent was in desperate need of cleaning and replacing. We found a used band aid on the sheets in the master bedroom. The best was the small bottle of listerine in the bathroom that had apparently been used by other people! I was disgusted the entire time not to mention we had not gotten a good nights sleep since we had been there. We learned all of this the hard way! Never again!!
