Bozeman Getaway Guesthouse - Suite A

Welcome to Bozeman Getaway Guesthouse - Suite A! This 1 BR unit is an ideal base camp for your activity-filled Bozeman trip. Just 10 minutes to downtown and MSU and less than 3 blocks to restaurants, bars and a grocery store!

This is 1 of 2 upstairs STR units, separated by a shared rooftop patio. The rooftop patio is shared with Suite B and includes a Blackstone griddle, furniture and a gas fire pit. The hot tub is large, well maintained and also shared. The Host / Owner resides on site in a separate unit on the main level.

The bedroom includes a queen bed, a comfy couch / pullout queen-size sleeper in the living room, a full kitchen stocked with supplies, a bathroom with complimentary toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, and air conditioning. Other amenities include a hot tub and Level 2 EV charger (220v).

Working from "home" while visiting Bozeman and need desk space? Two portable / folding desks are stored in the walk-in closet, available to set up anywhere in the apartment.

Meeting folks in Bozeman? Book both Suite A and B with a combined space for up to 8 adults! Enjoy time together but be able to retreat to your own personal space!

Wonderful. Brad is such a gracious host, extremely responsive, and full of great recommendations. The space itself is great! Mini splits for comfort, a place to store your outdoor gear, a washer and dryer for when you get gross, fully stocked and ready to cook in kitchen. Comfy bed and fold out couch. Close to anything you may want to do in Bozeman and fast wifi if you need to work. The neighborhood is gorgeous and made for taking a walk or run around. 10/10 will stay again, and I bet you will too!

Stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. Booked last minute and Brad was awesome! Apartment was actually more than what I was expecting. Very clean and spacious. My dad had booked a hotel room and was actually jealous of my little apartment and that it was actually cheaper but I had a whole apartment! Haha Brad was an absolutely amazing host! Answered any question I had, and even came by to show me how to turn off the AC when it was a little cool at night. Would definitely recommend booking this apartment. My daughter said to make sure I add a note about the hot water in the shower: “it’s AMAZING and lasts FOREVER!” I am already planning my next stay here and look forward to it.

We were pleasantly surprised with this space for how big it was and what the property had to offer. Bozeman is a highly competitive and expensive location to find places to stay in the summertime and this place surpassed our expectations in every way. We arrived on a very hot afternoon to find the property air-conditioned and spacious. We made ample use of all the space, using the table for working, creating nutricious meals in the large kitchen, getting our laundry done in the convenient washer and dryer, not to mention unwinding on the large comfortable bed every night when we laid down to sleep. In addition, the couch was comfortable and the TV was just perfect for watching World Cup match-ups and giving us a reason to stay out of the heat.For what it offered and at the price, it's really hard to beat. In addition, if you're planning to head to Yellowstone or go fishing, it's well outside the main parts of town so you don't have to deal with the congestion of Main Street. Lastly, Brad was excellent with communication, always checking in to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. If I had one regret during our stay, the heat kept us inside from being able to use the upstairs outside patio space. It's the perfect location to unwind with a beer and watch the sunset across the Gallatin Valley. Next time I visit, I will make sure to turn this into a reality.

I had a very nice stay at Brad's apartment. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient (easy quick drives to downtown, grocery store, MSU, etc.), and the kitchen was really well stocked so I didn't have to buy a case of salt and pepper for a short stay. It was great to have a full-size washer and dryer too. Brad's doing some renovation so the outside stairway area is a little bit messy. He just needs to have the contractors do some clean up. I come to Bozeman a few times a year and I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We stayed many nights for a skiing trip. There was plenty of room for all of our stuff to lay out to dry. We made breakfast every morning and they had the essentials that allowed us to pack lighter. Very cozy and relaxing. They were curtious to shovel snow in the early mornings and before we got back after a day of skiing. I would definitely stay again!

We had a great week staying here, location cannot be beat for traveling around the area. Brad was great and super helpful and accommodating even helping us out with an extra night when we had travel delays. Will definitely be staying again next summer!
