Accommodating up to 9 guests overnight, the barn features a well-equipped kitchen, a huge island that seats 12 for lively meals and conversations, and various dining and lounging areas to suit any mood. Enjoy friendly competition with a pool table, foosball, and arcade basketball, or settle in with games and a cozy seating area. The 30-foot floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the pool and a sprawling 10-acre field, bordered by lush trees. For added relaxation, take a dip in the hot tub with your favorite drink in hand, and let the tranquility soothe your soul.

The Barn is also a fantastic venue for events, comfortably hosting up to 65 people. Perfect for birthdays, reunions, school and church functions, and corporate meetings, it's a space designed to give back and create joy. ******The property sleeps a maximum of 9 people in beds. Hot tub is for adults only, please. If you are going to have visitors that must be disclosed. The reason for the visitors must be disclosed, and the number of visitors must be approved. There is a charge for visitors over the house maximum occupancy of 9. If you are visitors, the number of vehicles must be disclosed.

If the disclosed number of guests and visitors is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund given.

We are considerate of inviting visitors, but have been taken advantage of and been given vague information on multiple occasions so we feel the need to make sure we have accurate information about the nature of events.
