Excellent location

Only about 3 -5 min from the airport and beautiful vacation. Lovely lake and also views of ocean. Condo well stocked. Condo is a bit worn but very clean.

Excellent family condo !

Wonderful condo that easily slept my family of 4. Really enjoyed the full kitchen for cooking and washer and dryer for laundry. Beautiful location with easy access to the whole island. Kids really enjoyed the pool next door at Outrigger. Wonderful host as well! We will definitely be back next year!!

Beautiful Surroundings/Location

Chill on your ocean view deck and watch the lovely moonshine . Unit was very well stocked for a chef..enjoyed a very relaxing month . Traveled all over the island from this excellent location.

Great Centrally Located Condo On Kauai

My wife and I have stayed a month at this condo for 7 straight years. Its centrally located on Kauai making access to Poipu or Princeville 20-30 minute rides. Kalapaki Bay, Kapaa, and Lihue (city) are immediately nearby. It has a view (limited) of the ocean and is a short walk to a beach where you can walk for 3-4 miles with no commercial buildings or development. Its not a great swimming beach but you also have access to the adjacent Hotel pool complex as well as a pool within the condo complex. The nearby Municipal golf course (Wailua GC) is a great course with 6 holes adjacent to Ocean. There are 2 additional courses within 10 minutes- 1 is a Jack Nicklaus design. The condo itself has a great layout with large family room area, large bedroom, and 2 full baths. The large lanai has a great view of the well landscaped grounds and you can see the ocean between a couple of adjacent condo buildings. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and there are 2 grilling areas next to the condo which each have 2 "Weber genesis grills". The condo maintenance people clean these grills daily so they're usually very clean. There is a washer/dryer within the Condo which is very convenient. There are 2 nice beach chairs which make beach going very comfortable. The owner is very accessible and easy to deal with.

Property was as described in the listing. We have stayed at several other units in different buildings at the Kauai Beach Villas for the past thirty years and enjoyed our time in Fred's unit. Fred was very co-operative and always answered our inquiries promptly.

Great central location

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed the nearby beach and resort pool we had access to next door. There were beach chairs and a small cooler for outings. I would only recommend getting a screen door for the bedroom slider door. Fred is easy to work with. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great Communicator-Comfortable Cono

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Fred’s condo! It was comfortable, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. Nice kitchen, spacious master bedroom! Enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace overlooking pond and water fountain! Fred was a great communicator and returned text messages quickly when we had a question! He provided a lot of information for regarding restaurants, shopping, attractions to see!! Highly recommend staying here..especially for the price!

Perfect Kauai Spot

We were really pleased with our stay in Lihue. The condo was older, but nicely decorated. It was close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. It had a great kitchen, if one is so inclined tocook.

Close to the beach

Property had everything you’d need. Plenty of towels, sheets, dishes and Tupperware. Kitchen was completely stocked for a family that loves to cook, there was at least 1 of everything you’d need. The grills are a quick 30 second walk from door to grill. There was also beach chairs and boogie boards on the very large balcony. You can see the ocean from the condo, walk is like 2 minutes. Overall, a great place to stay for our family of 4.

Great Value for Ocean View Condo

Only 2 minute walk to the beach/ocean. Ocean view from the lanai to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout this condo. Condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. Convenient to all the places on the island and 10 mins to the airport. Comes with a free parking space. It's clean but can use some updating. 2nd floor condo requires walking up a dozen steps so be aware if you have mobility issues. Prompt communication responses from owner, Fred. For the price, this is a great value for a condo with ocean views and beach access. I highly recommend and will be back.

Best location on the island

We had a wonderful stay. The listing is just as described. Very clean and well maintained. We love the convenience of a condo but the amenities of a resort. This was a pure relaxation trip for us so we spent most of the time walking the beach or in the pools/hot tub. Great location for going anywhere on the island, close to shopping and restaurants. Nice ocean view and was just a few minute walk to the beach. Thanks Solomon’s for sharing your condo!

Great location

Located near airport and convenient to both ends of the island. This was our third time staying at Kauai Beach Villas, because of the location and nice beach, Enjoyed this condo. Quiet with nice view of lagoon from the lanai. Condo was well stocked. Had beach chairs and beach towels for your use. Fred was very easy to work with and quick to respond. Thanks!

Great location

We stayed for 7 weeks, and had a wonderful time. The condo is right next to a long sandy beach, and also very close to downtown Lihue (Safeway, Target Costco, post office, restaurants, airport, etc.). It's quiet, and you can see the ocean from the lanai. The grounds are nicely landscaped, and has a nice set of pools. The internet can be a bit flaky -- I was working remotely, and it would drop for ~30 seconds every third call or so. The condo was well-stocked. Fred is very responsive, including when the washing machine stopped working over Thanksgiving. I very much appreciate him contacting Home Depot, GE, the appliance repair service and electrician to get it fixed (the washing machine is new, and it was the circuit breaker).

Kauai

We rented this place from Fred for our recent trip to Kauai. Fred was very helpful and a true pleasure to deal with. Overall, it was perfect for our needs. It is about a 1000 square foot, 1 BR condo with additional pull out bed. It has 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer. It is centrally located in Lihue- very near the airport. Lastly, it is right off the beach. I highly recommend this place and if I go back to Kauai, will rent again!

Kauai Beach Villa

The owner was easily available when needed. The unit was very clean. Location even though not ocean front had a view and could see the sun rise. You can use the Kauai Beach Resort pools and hot tub. Next door has a hula and live outdoor music on Fridays
