Discover the beauty of Ankeny from this 4-bedroom house. With 2 king beds and the ability to sleep 12 total people, this tranquil retreat offers heating and AC, a washer and dryer, WiFi, skee-ball, other games, a popcorn bar, stocked mini-fridge, Blackstone grill, Keurig coffee maker and much more! Unwind with a movie and popcorn in several of the bedrooms or the living room. Get some work done in the designated work area. Trigger your competitive size with skee-ball, board games, spike ball, or other games! We hope you enjoy what our place and Ankeny has to offer. (If the weather and availability permit, we have a tent we can set up in the back, and we can offer our kayaks for use!)

Sleepover

Scott was a great host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had my daughters birthday sleepover at the house and the girls had so much fun! They loved the skee ball as well as the complimentary popcorn and soda!

Great little house to spend the night in

Visiting family for a holiday get together. Only needed the ability to make breakfast shower and sleep. Post communicated well. I got the door code wrong and was quickly given a different code. I believe everybody got a great night sleep during the trip.

Perfect for my little bachelor bash!

Me and my buddies just wanted to stay somewhere while we were getting ready for a halloween event before my wedding. We booked this place last minute, but it was the best thing we could have possibly done! Everything was clean and exactly where it should be, it was a welcome environment, and i really enjoyed using the grill to make burgers for dinner and breakfast the next day. We ended up leaving our event after an hour to come back here and hang out! they even shipped out a party members phone that was forgotten! cannot recommend enough

I am from Cleveland, OH originally. I moved to Ankeny, IA in 2017 and have not looked back! I enjoy soccer, real estate, socializing, board games (and anything else competitive really), and spending time with my family.

I am newer to hosting short-term, but my wife and I love being hospitable. We look forward to meeting you!

Ankeny is an ever-growing city. We chose our location due to proximity to many things in Ankeny and ease of access to places like Ames and Des Moines.

Our property will offer a comfortable stay that feels like home away from home. We have so much that we can offer including board games, outdoor games, skee-ball, a Blackstone grill, a designated work area, coffee bar, popcorn bar, and so much more.
