Highland Park is a very active and diverse area. This property is basically at York and Figueroa which are the primary commercial streets with amazing options for food, shopping and local activities. The location also has easy access to most of what LA has to offer including an easy drive on the 110 into downtown Los Angeles.

This property was originally a single family home and a 4-plex was added to the rear. This unit is a downstairs unit with nice separation between the bedrooms. It is cool and has updated kitchen and bath.
