The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short or long term stay. There is also a cute outdoor patio area and large back yard for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful Tennessee weather. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes away from downtown Knoxville and all the fun activities the city has to offer. This cottage is the perfect blend of convenience and charm for your stay in Knoxville. Book now to experience it for yourself!
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $100 will be imposed, no exceptions.

Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.
