Nestled in the serene community of Sandy Point, WA, our stunning waterfront home offers the ultimate in luxury and relaxation and is the ideal spot for your next vacation. Bring your boat to moor at our 40' private dock or use our Kayaks, the water is calling!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with ensuite bathrooms) and 4 full bathrooms.

Family Room: A large family room featuring a pool table, multiple arcade games, and an 85-inch TV.

Kitchen: A state-of-the-art kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances.

Outdoor Spaces: Two decks facing the marina, including one covered deck for all-weather enjoyment.

Master Suite: A grand master bedroom with a luxurious master bath, complete with a jetted soaking tub and a large walk-in shower.

Waterfront Access: Private waterfront with a 40’ dock. Guests can bring their own boat (launch from the local marina) or use one of the 6 provided kayaks to explore the marina and its wildlife.

Absolutely great house, and very responsive host. This is a very impressive home - wonderful kitchen, large open layout on ground floor, and large bedrooms with high quality mattresses and pillows. Perhaps best of all is the game room, with high quality pool table and cues, and other arcade games. Ping pong table in garage is also fun. One of the best properties of many that we've stayed in.

My family and I were attending a family reunion in Bellingham and wanted to stay near by but also wanted to have the amenities and space of a whole house. We were very pleased with everything that this property had to offer. The house offers multiple bedrooms with bathrooms and others with bathrooms nearby. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare, from a gourmet meal to a quick snack. While we were there we took advantage of the beautiful weather and used the kayaks,bicycles and outdoor gas grill. The host has truly thought of every detail and was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you’re looking for a relaxing home on the water with first class amenities.
