Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located at the end of the street with no neighbors on one side, this hip single-level home will give you just the right vibe to relax in the Palm Springs sun. Enjoy the private pool and spa with wrap-around backyard for dining and time near the fire pit. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, dining comfortable for six, this will be a great place to spread out and enjoy. One side backyard shares a fence with the neighbors. City ID4370

Limoncello is bold and colorful, perfect for Palm Springs! Enjoy a full living room with games and a TV with Roku built in. Dine comfortably with up to six people in the full dining room off of the stocked kitchen complete with appliances and coffee machine coffee bar. Two bedrooms off the main hallway have queen beds and closets with hangers and share a full bathroom in the hallway. The primary bedroom, which opens onto the pool through french doors, has a seating area and full bathroom with double vanity and laundry. In the back your pool and spa look up to the mountains and wrap around to connect with your outdoor dining and living spaces. Off the pool you'll find a side yard with pet relief area.

The Primary Bedroom:
Relax in the king-sized bed with a view of the pool. A Roku TV is provided in the room, along with accessible outlets for phone charging on both sides of the bed and blackout curtains. The double vanity in the bathroom and walk-in shower provide comfort. The washer and dryer are located next to the bathroom, along with a separate closet for hanging your clothes.

The bedrooms:
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, blackout curtains, and a Roku TV in each room. Easily accessible outlets for phone charging are available in both bedrooms, along with closets with hangers and luggage stands.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with baking sheets, ample pots and pans, cutting boards, blender, toaster, and wine and pool glasses for every person in your party. You'll also have a cocktail shaker, shot glasses, and tumblers for the pool.

There’s a coffee maker, filters, coffee syrups and coffee grounds that our guests are welcome to use. The refrigerator and freezer have plenty of space and a popcorn bar with fun flavored toppings.


The heating and cooling is managed by the host remotely. Please be courtesy and don't leave windows/doors open when the heat and A/C are on. The pool can be heated for an additional 50/day during your stay.

Pool Heating:
The pool can be heated for an additional $75/day during your stay, and must be heated for the entire stay.


Pets:
We allow up to 2 dogs of 50lb each, for 75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add that you will bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional costs per pet.
If you want to bring more than 2 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at 150 per pet.

Per California law - all pets must remain on a leash when outside. Pet waste bags are provided and are to be used - a 50 waste pick-up will be charged if you do not clean up after your pet.

In this home you will have access to the entire home and the backyard with pool and spa. The garage is accessible but does not have remote access. The garage shares a wall with the neighbor. One side of the yard also shares a fence with the neighbor.

You will be required to sign a rental contract after your reservation is accepted, per Palm Springs restrictions. The host will be available virtually to help with any needs that arise. Once all guests have signed the house rules then they will need to be sent back to the owner before you can receive the door code to enjoy your stay.

North Palm Springs offers a wide variety of mid-century homes! This neighborhood is small and cute with a variety of property conditions. There are only a few homes around and everyone is very nice. You'll see neighbors out walking dogs and there is a huge green space next to the home. Although there is a main road behind the home, since it is close to a stoplight, cars are not speeding by.

The ideal way to get around Palm Springs will be by car. You can walk out of the neighborhood and get to nearby attractions, but walking to downtown Palm Springs is not going to be about 30-60 minutes.

The garage does not have a remote control and is inaccessible with cars. There is driveway and street parking.

Dining room door:
The dining room sliding door can be tricky to close. To latch the door please use both hands and forcefully push the door shut. Please use the locking safety bar provided if you cannot get the door completely closed and latched.

RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS

Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn't match the guest name, you'll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.

VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

THE PARTIES HERETO, IN CONSIDERATION OF THESE PRESENTS, AGREE THAT:
1. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: GUEST must accurately disclose occupancy including the number of adults, children and animals that will occupy said rented premises in the booking data provided through the online platform. That determines the maximum occupancy at all times and applies to day visitors and children as well. Unless otherwise approved by your HOST, occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.
2. NO SMOKING or Vaping or illegal drugs of any kind will take place in or on the premises. Violation of this will result in a $500 charge. Vaping or smoking outside with windows and doors closed is accepted. GUEST is liable for the full cost to remove any odor from the home in the case that it exceeds the above charge.
3. NO ANIMALS of any description will be kept in or on premises without prior approval by HOST. * Animal Addendum is required with this contract for approval of pets, emotional support or service animals.
4. DAMAGE POLICY & INSURANCE– Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The refundable security deposit will be held for 7 days post check-out and will be refunded provided there are no damages. The damage waiver is recommended.
There will be no charges in the case that there is no:
A) damage to property, its contents or furnishings,
B) dirt, trash or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
C) There is no negligent damage due to inclement weather. It is GUEST’S responsibility to secure items on premises in the case of inclement weather or outside conditions such as outdoor umbrellas, or any other item that may blow away or be damaged by high winds, or other inclement weather.
D) any other costs incurred by your Host because of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental or its contents must be reported before check-out.
E) GUEST is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
F) No linens are lost, stained, or damaged.
G) The unit is left locked and secured when unoccupied.
To ensure that the proper party is held responsible GUEST must inform management within 24 hours of arrival of any pre-existing damage or issues or may be held responsible for any cost involved in repair to be taken from the security deposit.
Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance, Security Deposit, or booking platform coverage, is your full responsibility. In the case that an insurance claim must be file with homeowner's insurance, the guest is liable to pay the deductible. You grant your HOST the right to be reimbursed via the booking platform or your credit card for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. If the booking platform refuses reimbursement, HOST has the right to pursue reimbursement by reasonable means including small claims court and/or police report. HOST does not make a habit of filing claims or requiring reimbursement for small expenses under $50.
5. CLEANLINESS– You are expected to treat the entire premises with respect, keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home and you are a house guest. Even if a cleaning fee was charged, you are expected to leave the premises in a clean, neat and orderly condition to allow our cleaners to provide a thorough clean in the very short window between guests. Management must be notified within 24 hours of arrival if unhappy with conditions upon arrival.
6. NOISE & QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am.

Great place for a weekend get away.

We had a great time. Home is so cute and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Lots of nice touches from the coffee bar and the popcorn bar. Host was great and very attentive and easy to communicate with. Location is great with easy access to shopping, restaurant and down town. We enjoyed playing pool and hanging out. Would stay again

Beautiful, Blustery Girls Trip

My gal pals and I had a great long weekend in Palm Springs. The house and pool were spotless, and we enjoyed hanging out in the living room and around the pool area (mostly in the loungers instead of the smaller side yards). We didn’t know it, but we ended up in Palm Springs on a strangely wet and windy weekend, so we were extra glad to have the nice indoor space to relax. Brennan was easy to communicate with and used a few different links to sign paperwork and have us check in. I wish that VRBO would support a file share or live links in the chat! (I had to type the link URLs by hand). We’ll be back! Thanks for having us!

Family stay March 10 - March 12/25

We rented this home for a family get together. The property was exactly as described in the Vrbo listing. Everything was excellent here with a few nice little Add ons like flavored surup for your morning coffees and popcorn ready to pop if you use the outdoor projector for a movie night under the stars. The best part was the willingness of our host, Brennen, to help us with whatever we needed. He responded very promptly to any quiere I had. I will definitely consider staying here again if we ever travel to the Palm Springs area in the future.Also it is a very central location close to the airport, downtown Palm Springs and the Palm Springs aerial tram (highly recommended)
