This was my family’s opportunity to come together for a relaxing vacation and this house delivered! We had a great time and appreciated the lake view and pet friendly.

I loved this home! We had 7 adults and 3 children and had all accommodations that kept us busy. My only complaint is that this home has the 2 master bedrooms on one side of house with 2 bathrooms across the hall. On the other side of house were 2 other bedrooms with no bathroom. Downstairs is the bunk room, game room and 3rd bathroom. It made it a little awkward for those staying g in the bedrooms with no bathrooms… personally did not like that at all. Other than that, I would say this house was perfect.

It was amazing experience!! The place is exactly as described! The host was very responsive and provided us with all the info we needed for trails and kayaking experience!! It’s also very kid friendly house and area with tons of activities!We can’t wait to do it again next year!!

hot tub needed chemicals as it was cloudy and smelled funny when we opened it. we did not use it.overall a clean and great place will do it again for sure.

Spectacular stay !

Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to soon—maybe in the fall or summer!Thank you for letting us rent your wonderful home.

Our first time at Lake Anna, and we weren't sure what to expect, as this house has mixed reviews. What is there to do, will it be weird in the warm water, and how will the house be?The house was in a great location on the private side with a boat launch at the next driveway. It was packed with fun water toys like kayaks and noodles, an inflatable to tow behind your boat, and, of course, the hot tub (plus one SUP that can handle a small to medium-sized human). Inside, there were plenty of games, a pool table, and ping-pong. The decor was nice, and there were a lot of bedrooms - although we didn't use them all. The dock was simple and nice, and the little sandy area by the water was perfectly located near the water with equal parts sun and shade. The warm water was delightful - you can go ahead and just jump right in without fear of the shock of the cold!To address the mixed reviews about cleanliness, I found the house to be just fine on this front. Sure, some persnickety, detail things should be addressed (high up windows and around door knobs), but they were not critical or hygiene concerns. I would rent again and recommend you do, too!

Not recommended. Cleaning of the home had not been scheduled, so when we arrived after 4 pm we had to wait for the cleaners to arrive and complete cleaning. Owner refunded cleaning fee. Home was in dirty condition overall. Pillows and comforters were visibly soiled. Bedroom closets contained dirty linens. Mold was visible on the ceiling of basement bathroom. Hot tub had not been serviced in some time. Owner did have the hot tub serviced on the second day of our stay, but it had to be fully drained and we had to refrain from using it for several hours even after it was serviced. Canoe and blue kayak worked well.
