Stay comfortably in Mena at this 1-bedroom cabin. Relax in the nice and tranquil atmosphere of this cozy retreat, featuring a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. With amenities like heating, AC, and a washing machine, guests can unwind and enjoy a beautiful getaway. Enjoy your time in Mena at our cabin.
At the end of East Hickory Street a gravel drive up the hillside takes you to a hidden stop in the woods right in town. Deer and squirrels are the closest neighbors. Amazing relaxation just minutes to everything Mena has to offer. 1.5 miles to the Mena Trails on Rich Mountain!
The bedroom is large with a wall mounted TV. A large bureau with a mirror. A chest of drawers. Two nightstands with touch lamps. A door directly to the deck. A wall mounted mini split. A cased opening leads to the kitchen and small living room area. The kitchen includes a two burner cook top a microwave, apartment size refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee pot, double sink and dishwasher. Dishes, cups and glasses are on the unique wooden shelves with pots and pans in the lower cabinets. Utensils in the drawers.
Just off the deck is a charcoal grill.
The small living area has a TV, chair and a small couch that folds down to a bed and a coffee table.

Very welcoming. Quiet and very private.this place was like home away from home the huge bedroom and big bed. It’s was comfortable and was able to relax. The host checked on me through messages to make sure I didn’t need anything. Will be booking again on a business trip the next two weeks.

As the couch was intended to make for an extra bed, it was very uncomfortable for sitting. It was a pleasant experience, but felt like some minor things needed some inprovement.

Clean cozy and private Neat and tidy cabin has all you need for a weekend trip! Nice back porch to sit outside by the tall trees and hear the birds. Beautiful fall foliage this time of year! Enjoyed it! Only recommendation would be to add two queen beds instead of one kind bed and fan for circulation in cabin but nicely done.

Everthing was great except the refrigerator was smaller than shown in the pictures on the listing, and the living room furniture was not as comfortable as expected. The cabin is very nice and in a beautiful setting.

Well appointed, secluded cabin, very nice. The driveway is a challenge, it is gravel and on a steep incline, we were there on a weekend of gentle rain, heavy rain may have been a problem. The neighborhood was fine but some may feel it is sketchy, it is on a dead end street and you pass several abandoned homes on the way in.

This cabin was everything it was advertised to be and more. We had a wonderful stay. Only issue was I can't give it and the host more than a 5 star rating. One of the cleanest and best maintained properties we have had the pleasure to stay in.

The cabin was very clean. Had everything you would need. The only thing I would add would be something for hanging clothes. Plenty of drawers for folded clothes. Be aware this time of year the acorns were falling and were loud when they hit the roof or deck. Woke me up. Very quite and peaceful other than that. Saw deer and squirrels.

The cabin was very nice and exceptionally clean. It had that new smell. It was so peaceful and quiet. You felt like you were secluded in the mountains and not just minutes from town.

Clean and cute. The refrigerator is very small so I'm glad it was just me. I almost had to engage my 4wd to get up the driveway. I messaged the host an hour or so from the property because I hadn't received any instructions. They messaged back in a half hour or so.Good little place in town if you're looking.

UPON ARRIVAL YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. SO I TURNED AROUND AND LEFT. BACKED TRACKED AND LOOKED ELSEWHERE. AFTER 30 MINUTES OF GOING DOWN OTHER ROADS, I WENT BACK AND WENT BACK TO PRIVATE RD AND WENT PASSED SIGN. THEN I SEEN ANOTHER SIGN WITH THE ADDRESS AND IT WAS NOT VERY BIG. COULD NOT SEE IT FROM THE SIGN THAT SAID PRIVATE. NORMALY WHEN YOU SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS PRIVATE RD. YOU DON'T GO PAST IT. I SUGGEST A SIGN THAT SAYS HICKORY HIDEOUT.

This little cabin is conveniently located less than a mile from Main St. It is clean and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the deck listening to birds sing and watching a squirrel care for her young. I took some really cute pictures! The cabin has a metal roof and it was so soothing when it was raining, not so much when the acorns started falling. I would definitely stay again! Great location in a beautiful setting!
