• Garage with extra hang-out space (TV, ping-pong, foosball) alongside indoor parking
• Scenic seclusion with mountain and woodland views, adjacent to national forest, no visible neighbors
• Amenities: electric fireplace, fast WiFi, smart TVs in each bedroom, luxury linens, Keurig + French press, starter supplies, mini-split heating/cooling, fire pit, charcoal grill, smart locks, washer/dryer, etc.  
• Convenient access: paved road, circle driveway, ATV/trailer friendly, just 5 miles to Mena 
• Host details: Premier Host Amber, pet friendly (dogs under 50 lbs), 2-night minimum, $15 per person/day beyond 6 guests, no smoking, security cameras outdoors only
