Enjoy this charming 1-bedroom retreat in Cocoa Beach, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. This delightful cottage features central AC, WiFi, and heating for your comfort. The open floor plan connects the living room and kitchen seamlessly, with the living area offering a 42” smart TV and a full-size sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a full closet, while a storage room includes a full-size washer and dryer. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
We are conveniently located just minutes from Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral, perfect if you're heading out on a cruise. The local area offers plenty to enjoy, including riverboat tours, local art fairs, and the Friday Fest Downtown, held nearly every month on the 3rd Friday from 6-10pm—an event that’s free to attend. Relax and explore all that Cocoa Beach has to offer, from excellent surfing and rocket launches to popular local attractions.
