Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was awesome! Sitting out on patio able to see and hear the ocean was wonderful. The condo was equipped well. Clean and very comfortable for our stay. The only things I would recommend are to fix the sliding glass door so that it’s easier to open, put a screen on that door, and fix one of the outside chairs that is broken. Other then that it was great!

Great place

Cocoa beach wasn’t all we hoped it would be but this place was nice. It was clean, spacious and in a good location, perfect to walk right out to the beach! It was dated but would stay again if we ever went back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I condo was well situated on the beach. The View was nice, and the condo was clean and roomy. The sliding glass door is very stiff and hard to open and close. That could use some attention. There was a heavy rain and water did come pouring through the beach side windows for about an hour. It was not a problem for us as we simply put towels on the sills, but this is something that the owner will probably want to attend to.

The scenery was absolutely stunning and truly a highlight of the stay. However, I found the decor in the condo to be quite dated, which affected the overall ambiance. The mattresses were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, communication with the host was not as responsive as I had hoped, which made coordinating check-in and addressing other questions a bit challenging. Overall, while the location and views were fantastic, there’s room for improvement in the comfort and communication aspects.

Best thing was the location! The beach is your backyard!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I couldn’t have chosen a better location. You left the apartment and walked just a few feet straight over the boardwalk to the beach. You can see the dunes and the beach from the apartment. The location is excellent and the manager is very friendly and warm. The apartment however, was old and rundown. List of fixes that would make the apartment is bit more comfortable include: in one bedroom it was hard to sleep because the mattress was old soft and creaked; springs made noise every time you moved; when you walk into the apartment the first thing you see is closet doors off the rails and a washer and dryer sticking out; sofas are old and uncomfortable. Overall, location is amazing and apartment is old and rundown.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to stay for softball world series. Overall the stay was okay. We had some issues by the end of the week with a gentleman named Byron who stormed out of his room an hour before curfew cussing and screaming at my players and parents for being to loud in the pool. A/C went out in my room, back door sliding door handle broke and water pressure was horrible. Other than that, everything was fine. As long as Byron is there, we will not be back to Spanish Main.

Stayed there 2 times before and the sliding glass door to patio still sticks so you can barely get it open, other than that is was great.

My husband and I loved the convenience of being on the first floor. Condo was well stocked. Would love to stay there again!

Easy access to Beach right out the back door. Nice patio to view and hear the ocean. Quite beach. Bathrooms needed remodeling, but everything else was great.

Great location! Direct ocean front.

Loved the location! Manager was quick to reply to my questions. Furniture was a bit worn but the king size bed was wonderful! The only problem we had were the ants.

Cocoa Beach 4 Night Stay

The location was fantastic!! Direct access to the beach!! Overall, it’s a nice place. The only thing that needs to be improved is the guest bedroom bed and mattress (very squeaky and uncomfortable). Lastly, the sliding glass door is very hard to close and open. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the 15th year that My wife Patti and I have been renting our Vacation Homes. It all started when we bought our first Condo, and it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to nearly 2,000 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two locations: The Beach and right outside the Main Gate at Disney World! It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida. We want you to have a fantastic time in any of our wonderful Vacation Homes.

About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to our Vacation Homes, and we live here now, running all of our properties from here, it is a family business. We pride ourselves (since we live locally), on taking great care of our vacation homes, and doing the same for our guests.
