We loved all the bedrooms to accommodate our guests. The location is awesome for accessing downtown Dubuque, and the views were lovely!

Staying here made our celebration perfect!! We were able to be all together yet spread out! The unique area makes it fun to explore, take in the views, and enjoy just everything! It easy to book, communication was super great, and easy to check in and out!!

Our stay at the Blue Lady was beyond our expectations!! It is a beautiful home, and was clean, well prepared, and met all of our needs for our family weekend! I highly recommend for a family stay or large group needs! We will absolutely stay here again!

The home is beautiful and very roomy, we we’re celebrating a bachelorette party and there was lots of room for everyone to be comfortable and we had 10 girls.

Great for a big group

It was perfect for the multiple family group we traveled with to dance competition. So many bathrooms!! We will definitely be coming back.

The Blue Lady is quite a place! We had a group of 11 stay and that fit us perfectly. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood and it is kept very clean. I would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking to stay in the Dubuque area with a bigger group. The view is worth it!

Amazing Historical Mansion!

The Blue Lady was a fantastic place to stay in Dubuque. Close to downtown, plenty of space for family to spread out, unique historical finishes throughout the home. Wished we had multiple keys a couple of times, but the typical keypad access with a lot of rentals is just not possible when you have historic-grade doors. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful girls getaway at the Blue Lady. We had 10 women, there was enough beds and bathrooms for all to enjoy. The kitchen, dining and living rooms were spacious enough to accommodate all. We enjoyed sitting on the porches with our coffee watching the sun rise over the town, breathtaking. Dubuque has so much to offer to create the perfect vacation. The hosts were helpful and tended to our needs immediately. Great memories were created. Thank you!!

Thirteen family members stayed with beds for all and main level rooms large enough to visit. The balcony off three bedrooms on the second level was a wonderful spot to view a panoramic view of the city. Including the Mississippi Riber.

Our group consisted of adult family members. Location was large enough to host us all and we’ve got to play a lot of games and eat meals together. We also headed down to the brewery one day for an afternoon fun.

The house grows on you. When first entering you realize it’s old and not updated. But at every turn you admire the quality that went into the original construction. A few things I would improve is the smell on certain floors, the inability to open most of the windows and exterior seating for large groups. Overall our family of 14 was very satisfied.
