THE SPACE: Sit back and relax, cook a meal, watch TV and enjoy the large back yard/deck/firepit. We have all the amenities you need to feel right at home, including access to washer and dryer.
GUEST ACCESS: Guest have access to the entire home, to include basement where laundry can be done. Secure smart lock/key pad.
BONUS SPACE: Game/theater room!
CLOSE TO: Shopping, restaurants, Dubuque County Fairgrounds, and Sundown Mountain Resort.

The home was comfortable and very clean. It was great being able to use the washer and dryer. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. The hosts provided more than enough towels and kitchen utensils/appliances. It was a wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Mark was an amazing host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

We found the house to be lovely. Great kitchen, bedrooms all clean and lovely. Nice outside space. And the bonus game room was great. Would definitely rent again if we were in the area!

Terrific place for six to stay, three beds a couple of couches lots of floor space wonderfl kitchen, fire pit area, easy access to all of Dubuque yet not in the middle of it.

The house was clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the living spaces for hanging out, and we played both the arcade games and the card games provided. Communication with the host was easy. Would recommend for sure!

Close to: Sundown Mountain Ski/Snowboard Resort (5 min drive); shopping and restaurants (5 min); Dubuque County Fairgrounds (2 min); Field of Dreams (20 min); 2 casinos in town (10 min), bowling alley, golf courses, mini golf, hiking trails, and so much more. You will be close to everything!
