THE SPACE: Sit back and relax, cook a meal, watch TV and enjoy the large back yard/deck/firepit. We have all the amenities you need to feel right at home, including access to washer and dryer.
GUEST ACCESS: Guest have access to the entire home, to include basement where laundry can be done. Secure smart lock/key pad.

Field of Dreams Baseball Tournament

Great location to watch our grandson play baseball at the Field of Dreams/Dyersville. The house was very clean. Since we were at ballgames during most of our stay, we didn’t cook, use the outdoor amenities or the game room. We were happy with our stay.

Great!

This was a great place to stay. Our kids loved having the yard and game room. It was really nice to have access to streaming services and to be so close to so many things in Dubuque. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and convenient

We stayed at this property to join family for Easter. It was very clean and everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated each bedroom having its own TV for when social batteries were low. It’s conveniently located near Hwy 20 so you can easily get to any part of town. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a Family Visit

Great alternative to a hotel for a family. Well taken care of and great central location for us visiting family in Dubuque and Cedar Rapids. Great communication from the hosts that made check in a breeze. Highly recommend.

Great Place For a Getaway

My friends and I had a great place to hang out and stay at! The house is in great shape and the Owners are great to communicate with! It’s right outside of Dubuque and is a great location for where we went and what we did!

Thanksgiving with the family

Four adults and three kiddos enjoyed this property and had room to spread out and play. A firepit was ready and waiting but we didn't get around to using it. Property owners made this an easy and fun rental.

Clean & Convenient

We stayed 2 nights at this home to attend a local event. My husband and I stayed with an additional adult couple. The home was clean and conveniently located to shopping, restaurant, and gas station options. We really appreciated the thoughtful “extra” amenities that the hosts provided. Check in and check out was very easy! I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.
