During the last night of our stay there was a situation that occurred and when I brought it too Mimi's attention, she wasted no time in making things right. She was very quick in responding to my messages and I really feel like she cares about her guests and their experience. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice little apartment. It was just the right size and had everything we needed. And it was in a surprisingly quiet little neighborhood, given the close proximity to the Hard Rock. We had an easy walk over for a concert. I hope to stay here again next time. Thank you :)
