This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in the quiet community of Palm Cove is less than 1 mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park, and in the middle of the beach so you are close to everything! The location could not be better! Single level home, no stairs!
The closest beach access is the county pier .9 miles away, where there is ample parking. It's about 4 minutes by car. To get to Pier Park is about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

- The subdivision is gated with a security guard on duty 10p - 5a
- 2 swimming pools that are located walking distance, about 4 minutes
- Full size Washer and Dryer in the unit
- TV 's in every room (smart TV's)
- High speed WiFi
- 2 Parking spaces located in front of the home and additional "first come first serve" temporary parking 1 block away

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.

- Sleeps 6
- Master Bedroom: king bed, walk in closet, attached bathroom, and patio access
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, large closet, and patio access
- Bedroom 3: queen bed, large closet

NO PETS allowed and guests have to be over 21 to book. No parties allowed.
