We recently stayed here for 3 nights/4 days, and while there were some positives, a few things were really disappointing.First, I want to say the place itself was clean and very cute—honestly, it had a lot of charm and we appreciated that. However, the lack of basic necessities was surprising. For 3 people, we were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. When we asked for more, we were told none could be provided, which meant we had to immediately leave and go to the store to purchase our own.The same issue happened with towels—we were only given two towels for three people. When we asked about getting more, we were told we would need to wash them ourselves in a shared laundry area, which required additional cost and inconvenience. We ended up making another trip to the store just to buy towels. The bed was also extremely firm and uncomfortable, which made it hard to get good rest during our stay.Overall, the space itself was clean and nicely decorated, but not being provided with basic essentials like adequate toilet paper and towels made the stay much more stressful than expected. With just a few improvements in hospitality and guest care, this place could be a much better experience
