Quiet Hours: (10 PM – 7AM). Please note that due to local ordinance, no loud music or noises are allowed during quiet hours.
Parking: There are two spaces for your unit in the front of the driveway, please park starting from the left to right.
Smoking/Pet Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited and please pick up after your pets. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
Laundry: The unit has a washer and dryer, please clean the lint screen after use.

I have two issues with this property. The first is the neighborhood. The “house” next door is dilapidated and the owner enjoys using fireworks late at night (twice during our seven night stay). Across the street is a dog boarding operation that can be noisy anytime of day. To say the least, the area is questionable. The second issue is communication with the owner. Although phone numbers were provided to contact them with questions, texts sent to those numbers went unanswered. It was possible to reach them through the VRBO website but that method was complicated and time consuming.

This house was perfect for our time in Miami. There were no surprises. The pictures didn’t lie. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures. When we return, we will more than likely be staying here again! The host were great and very friendly!

Great location and plenty of space

Great location for this sailing group, easy to get to Bayshore drive and everything you might need. Spacious rooms and plenty of towels. Appreciated the washer/dryer and easy access to the property. Owners very responsive and even made our special request happen.

Family Get away

This location was beautiful for family meetup/gather. We met up from NC, TX and GA to enjoy a long weekend together. Easy access to Southbeach, great restaurants and shopping.

Great house, nice location, kind homeowners!

The house was very, very nice, and kept up very well. The neighborhood felt safe and was very nice and quiet. The homeowners communicated quickly with any instructions and responses to questions.

Great place to stay!!

It was our first time staying in a VRBO. It was clean and manager was easy to work with. The only helpful thing would have been a list of what was needed to be cleaned up before leaving. Would highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay in Miami!

The location of this house was terrific! It is a mile away from a LA fitness, cocoanut grove, and a few minutes to south beach as well as Brickell. The owner was in contact right after check in to make sure everything was okay. It couldn’t have been any cleaner and lots of towels were provided. But, the best part was the pool! Since it was our “own”. We were able to be ourselves and have a great time. Would definitely stay again! And encourage anyone to stay there.

Perfect in every way

My wife and I, along with four other family members, were in town for a wedding and we chose this sire because it was located near the wedding venues. We were all astonished at how clean and beautiful this accommodation was. Attractive decorative arts were placed throughout the house. The kitchen was supplied with every type of appliance one would need. The pool was a real plus. I spoke to the host before arriving and he provided some useful suggestions about things to see and do. I have stayed in dozens of VRBO and other homes over the years and rgis one is at the top of my list.

Family wedding

Everything was just as advertised. Downstairs shower hot water faucet wouldn’t turn. But we received a response quickly. That was the only issue and with two other full baths it didn’t create an issue. Highly recommend

Great place!

We had an excellent time staying here for a long weekend. 8 of us flew in 3 days before our cruise and enjoyed seeing Miami before we left. We had trouble getting into the house when we first arrived. Turns out, the house lost power and the code did not work. The owners were at the house and took care of the problem within 5 minutes. Very involved and helpful owners!

My name is David and my partner is Josh, we love hosting guests in our home. We love to provide and assist guests with any information to discover different places in Miami. Josh is Puertorican and has lived most of his life in Miami, I on the other hand was born in Venezuela to immigrant Chinese parents and lived in Vancouver, Shoal Lake and Coquitlam, Canada and Venezuela. I moved to Miami in the 90's. Now Miami is home and love the vibrant and excellent weather that this tropical place has to offer. I also speak fluent Spanish and conversational Cantonese ( Chinese).

We are also near a new bike path or walking path along Us 1. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, port of Miami and Coconut grove and University of Miami.
