Amazing little cottage! So nice, clean, and new. This was perfect for game day and in walking distance of everything in town. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Auburn.

Awesome Centrally located cottage-will stay again

We were in town for an admitted student tour and appointments with advisors. We wanted to be in the "heart of downtown" and the location of this cottage was perfect. It was an easy few block walk to shops, restaurants, and the university. We also loved that it had a monitored/dedicated parking lot behind the unit so we never had to worry about parking. The unit is absolutely a perfect setup for 3-4 people. The main bath is upstairs with very nice fixtures. All the linens were provided and nice. There is a half bath on the main level which was a huge help in facilitating morning routines for our family. The kitchen is small bot nicely appointed with nice appliances, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc.... there is also a coffee maker with provided coffee, cream and sugar. The provided coffee was pretty good and I din't feel a need to purchase anything different from the grocery store. Little details to note:1. there are ample plugs throughout for charging2. a hairdryer is provided3. there is a small kitchen table and 4 chairs4. If you are traveling during cold weather, bring socks and a sweater..... here is a pretty significant temperature difference between the second floor (warm) and main level (cold). The heat never really dispersed evenly downstairs. We were glad there were plenty of blankets around to us5. One Smart TV on main level 6. There are nice size closets in both rooms - but no dressers ands nightstands are small. No space to set things
