This home is in an extremely safe neighborhood, it’s an unlocked door vibe area. For 27 years I lived within a 2 block radius and not once did I lock my vehicle or home. ( Stays 7 days or longer are negotiable, we offer a 10% military discount so please ask !) Your cozy getaway awaits in East Grand Forks at this beautiful house. With 3 fantastic bedrooms each featuring a queen bed along with 2 roll away twin beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property also offers WiFi, a fitness room, AC, a washing machine, and heating for added convenience. The 3 total soothing bathrooms are equipped with showers and one with a shower/tub for a refreshing experience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

We had a great stay! The space was great for some of our basketball team that was in town for a tournament. We had a little hiccup getting into the home due to batteries needing to be replaced but the owner was so quick to solve the problem!

Everything was wonderful. Levi was the best host I’ve had in any of my VRBO stays. The house and location was perfect. Highly recommend if you are ever in the Grand Forks area.

Everything was fine.. have child proof electric plugs which were hard to use. We had three women and thought we would get three bathrooms. One bathroom was in the basement so not really convenient, otherwise all was great.

Our family were visiting for the weekend and needed a place where we could all stay together. The house was great and came with everything we needed. We were close to the airport, old town, and the university. We recommend Levi for anyone looking in this area.

The host was awesome! He was very prompt in answering any questions I had regarding the stay for 4 of my employees. The place was clean and kept up well and my employees enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be looking to book here again.

Great to have all of us in one place, and everyone with a place to sleep!! The downstairs was a nice area for the tweens to have their own space.

Our daughter got married in the chapel on UND's campus and had her reception at the Gorecki alumni center. This property was the perfect home base for our family. It had plenty of space and we appreciated the 3 bathrooms for 6 adults. It was a quick and easy drive to UND and to the downtown restaurants and bars. We had extended family staying at other VRBOs in the area and we had the best one by far!

All around great place

Very nice, well-maintained property with lots of amenities. Clean, aesthetically pleasing, the neighborhood is quiet and calm. Beds were good, you get access to a lot of television stations and streaming services. It was a good place for some friends and myself to celebrate our friend’s birthday.

Very Nice Home

We were in Grand Fork for a wedding. Had a lot of activities to attend so did not have an opportunity to use all of the amenities. Host were very accommodating with check in.

We were in Grand Forks for a softball tournament and stayed here, and I am so happy that we did! There were 6 adults and 3 kids and this space worked so well for us. Great location near lots of amazing food options and I was even able to walk 3 blocks to the river and spend time on the walking path. We cooked most meals here and there was everything we needed and more. Great set up to visit while we prepped food. Downstairs was where the kids stayed so they had their own space and bathroom. Washer and Dryer came in handy to wash uniforms. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host was easy to work with, the home had lots of open space to enjoy that looks like pictures, easy check in-out procedures, and is conveniently located near the Red River. Nice home near walking trails in a quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to booking again for our next stay.

This home was such a great fit for us to come visit our family and gather together for meals. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and accommodated all of our needs.Our host was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly every time. The neighborhood was also very nice and our kids were able to enjoy some time playing in the yard.We will be happy to stay again soon.
