We are currently still working on the exterior land and backyard upgrades, please do not use it as it may have potential debris that may be unsafe.
Please take out the trash on Wednesday afternoon. The trash bin needs to be placed next to the mailbox post on the property line by the road.

The property was great! Had everything I needed. It look small from outside but inside is beautifully decorated and is perfect. I will definitely rent again if possible. I plan on going more often and it is so much better that one of the motels/hotels

Cozy, Clean & Affordable Waycross Rental

We stayed at this rental for a family Easter getaway to visit the Okefenokee Swamp. The location was perfect. The host was very quick to respond to every question and also accommodating. Very clean and well-appointed rental with basic appliances and cooking utensils for a short stay.

Cute little house

It is a very nice totally renovated little house. Lots of tasteful decorating. Very comfortable. Clearly set-up for rentals. The only downside was the location. Lots of loose dogs and feral cats. My wife and dog were chased by a loose dog on the street at night so we decided not to walk at night. But if you are used to that or just want a nice little house to stay in on your way through, it worked well and is very reasonable.

Simplicity at it's finest

The owner has done a beautiful job with the house. Everything was neat, clean and simplitictly perfect! Small details did not go unnoticed. We will stay here again!
