Crystal Shores is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We loved staying here! The view of the beach from our balcony was gorgeous! The room was spacious and very clean. Communication with the host was easy. We would for sure stay here again.

Great place on the beach

We had a great time at Crystal Shores West. The condo was perfect for our family of 5, and the beach was beautiful.

The overall stay was wonderful, but the elevators kept having issues. There were only 2 elevators for such a large building and 1 kept having issues. That made for longer wait times to get up and down.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation. We were on the 10th floor so we were very thankful the elevators were working. There was a problem with our access code but that was quickly resolved. The views were great. Right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and looked remodeled. The water pressure was awesome. The only hiccup was that I texted for the pool access code and didn't get it. Others shared it though. Everyone was nice. A great family area. Also the furniture could be cleaned or updated, but it was comfortable.

The elevator was not working. I called when we got here because we were on the 10th floor with 3 levels of parking garage. . No one returned the call so i called again on Monday still nothing. . Totally not acceptable.

Great Place

We have never been to Gulf Shores Alabama this was a first. When we arrived the condo was clean and ready for us. The first thing we noticed was it is a good size and well furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped for any cooking you may want or need to do. We did all of our breakfasts and lunches at the condo and about half our dinners. The unit is on the beach and accessing it is an easy walk. The beach is clean and wasn't crowded at all but that is probably due to when we went. The pool is very nice with a built in whirlpool. The grounds are well maintained also. The downsides were the elevators which they were working on. For nearly two weeks there was only one running which was a bit of a pain. The other issue was people wanting to come in and do work. One fellow wanted to change filters and check light bulbs, the other wanted to spray for bugs. These are things that should be done when the unit is being readied for the next renter. Minor inconvenience. Where this unit is located you will have to drive to get to anything. Also be aware in Alabama alcohol is very expensive, 30% more than my home state so stock up before you come. It was also hard to get away from fried food but it is the south.

Clean

I was very impressed by how clean it was & not sandy!! Most places we’ve stayed before we could feel the sand on your feet in the condo & also in the sheets. I did not feel that at all in this condo!! Also they had every dish, pot, pan, cookie sheet, utensil that we needed!! And towels & wash clothes for everyone staying!! Highly recommended!!

Beach trip 2024

We had a great stay at Crystal Shores west!! The condo was central to most all restaurants and the walk to the beach was perfect! It was refreshing that it was only about 50-100 feet to the ocean! It was so easy to carry our chairs down to the beach! The condo was exactly as pictured! And the price was amazing! I will definitely stay here again!!!

family vacation

The condo was very nice and clean, Only one elevator worked most of the time. The air conditioner would not cool below 75 even when it was set on 70. The experience wasn't horrible but some improvements could help them a lot I think.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and the condo itself was perfect for our needs. We had three adults and two young children, but there was enough room to accommodate a couple more people if needed. Only a few small complaints: when we arrived, there were no towels and the master bed had no bedding on it. We contacted the management company and they sent someone to resolve that immediately. Also there was no hair dryer, but again that’s a minor issue. Overall, it was a great trip and we would stay again in the future.

Great condo but terrible staff

The condo itself was wonderful. It was exactly was is pictured and clean. Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned yet and our check in time was delayed for almost two hours. Throughout our stay the pool manager was extremely rude and closed the pool several times not allowing guests to use it.

Gulf Front Tranquility

Property was updated, very clean, and had amazing views. The only negative I had was the lack of water pressure in the shower but that was expected with a large complex. We loved the upgraded appliances in the kitchen and the full size front loader washer and dryer was an awesome feature. I was also super excited to find a vacuum cleaner in the closet as well I hate grit on my feet and like to go barefoot so kudos for that as well.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I brought our 9 year old granddaughters and 6 year old grandson and had an amazing time. Condo was perfect and spotless. Management company was excellent in communication and weather was perfect too. We definitely would stay here again
