Sea Glass (#303 3rd floor)Gulf Shores is everything a traveler could desire for today’s beachfront vacation and is within a short walk of local restaurants, live music venues and family activities in the heart of Gulf Shores. 1 bedroom (King Bed) with media room (Twin bed with pullout twin trundle, no closet or window), folding memory foam cot in closet , 1.5 bath (sleeps 4). Both bedrooms and Living Room have large smart TV's. Fresh and stylish beach accommodations in a low rise (4 story horseshoe design) condo. Sea Glass has an amazing resort style pool with hot tub. Stay at Sea Glass and stay out of the crowds while staying in the heart of Gulf Shores, less than a mile from The Hangout.

Great Stay!

Seaglass 303 is a beautiful condo! Our daughter loved the pool, covered parking was a plus, and couldn’t beat the location. The condo itself was very nice and had everything we needed. Would recommend this place to others!

The condo and the property were both clean. The balcony views were great especially for sunrise and during the day and evening. You can’t directly see the Sun itself set due to another building blocking it, but you still have a great view of the skyline at sunset. The host was great to communicate with. Beach access is very close with chair rental services available for convenience. A great location to relax.

Very nice condo,clean, right on the beach. Has beautiful view the pool is nice. Store right across the road sells about anything you need. Will come back again. If you want a delicious upscale meal, I suggest jesse’s on the bay

Our stay was incredible! The condo was beautiful, as well as the view! We saw dolphins everyday! We were in Gulf Shores to meet our new granddaughter and even though they live just north of there it made the new parents feel like they got to come on vacation everyday they can to visit us. The only problem we had the whole time was the loud upstairs neighbors but that would never stop us from coming back. I am hoping to rebook in March!!!

Everything about this condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was equipped with everything we needed, the views were great, and we loved having the beach in our backyard! Our 2 young boys loved it so much that they asked if we could live there forever :)

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We hope you’ll stay with us, unwind, and love the ocean as much as we do.

We fell in love with Gulf Shores because it has the perfect balance of fun and calm. Some days we’re out exploring local shops, state parks, and restaurants — and other days we just sit on the balcony, listen to the waves, and enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach right outside. The beaches here are wide, clean, and beautiful, and over the years the area has only gotten better — new spots to eat right on the sand, great weather year‑round, and endless things to do for all ages.

Each condo is thoughtfully designed to feel like a true home by the beach, with fully stocked kitchens, cozy décor, and our personal attention to detail to ensure every stay is clean, welcoming, and unforgettable.
