Welcome to Sea La Vie at Olde Towne Yacht Club – your serene waterfront retreat on the Crystal Coast!

Wake up to breathtaking sunrises and wind down with unforgettable sunsets from your private balcony. Watch dolphins play, boats cruise by, and nature at its best—all from the comfort of your condo. Perfectly nestled between Beaufort and Morehead City, this peaceful escape is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept space blending coastal charm with modern comfort. The primary suite offers a king bed with a private bath, while two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a second full bath. Every room has a smart TV with basic cable for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all the essentials to cook anything for breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Step outside to the balcony to sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset as you take in the stunning views.

We provide fresh linens, bath towels, coffee supplies, spices, paper products, soaps, and beach chairs and accessories. Boat slips are available for rent directly from the on-site Dock Master.

Note: Our HOA does not allow pets. Security cameras are in place in all public areas. (Owned and Operated by the HOA)

House Rules:
To ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment, please review the following agreed-upon rules
*Provide the names of all guests staying at the condo
*Respect the Rental as you would your own home
*Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
*No parties, events, gatherings, or additional guests allowed
*No smoking, vaping, or open flames
*No pets are allowed – HOA does not allow
*No slime, Play-Doh, glue, paint, glitter, confetti, dye, or like items that stain or damage
*A $50 fee applies for a lost or missing pool key fob
*Quiet hours are from 11 PM on weekdays / 12 AM on weekends
*No filming with the intent to distribute
*No third-party renting or subleasing
*No commercial businesses
*No illegal substances or activities in the condo or on OTYC property
*Please report any damage or breakage promptly
***We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow the house rules, OTYC community posted rules and guidelines, and VRBO regulations***
