Kick back and enjoy your stay in this fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath front house in the heart of Highland Park, just steps from the energy of the Figueroa & York corridor. This bright, comfortable home has everything you need for a relaxed LA stay.
The space features a large private enclosed yard, perfect for renters traveling with pets.
Inside, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a 50” Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi if you’re working remotely or streaming your favorites. The bathroom includes a full tub and tankless water heater. For extra comfort, mini-split heating and A/C in every room lets everyone set their perfect temperature.
You’ll also have off-street parking and in-unit laundry, making longer stays easy and convenient.
Located in one of LA’s most creative neighborhoods, you’re minutes from great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and transit lines. Plus, it’s an easy 15-minute drive to Downtown LA or Old Town Pasadena.

Outside of work, we’re animal lovers who enjoy music and community. Andrea sings in a bluegrass group, and Darren spends time on the softball field every weekend.
