We had a great stay. Very nice house, love the beach access across the street. The host was very helpful and communicative during our stay. We will definitely consider it for a future stay.

This property is very spacious and super close to the beach access. All the beds were extremely comfortable and we had the best short vacation!

We love surf city! The host did not listen when we tried to tell him to stop sending replies to Arbor because the site was not working properly, asked him to text he did not! Had to contact management to find out anything.

Overall stay was great. I recommend getting the 2nd floor bathroom door checked sometimes it locks from inside. Also recommend cleaning the grills. Aside from that great stay and good communication with host.

Our large family (4 kids and 2 adults) plus grandparents and nephews all stayed here and enjoyed both the comfortability and the cleanliness of the property. We were able to run every morning on the sidewalks and we liked that we were closer to town for ice cream and quick trips over the bridge. The beach access was great and we crossed the road with no issue (an initial concern with kids). The kitchen contained most essentials (could not locate a can opener) but we had all other items we needed to cook meals. All bathrooms were very clean. The outdoor shower (cold water only, which is normal) was a nice option with kids.Thr wifi was out the first day of our stay and we quickly got a response when we messaged on how to resolve the issue which was resolved in less than 4 hours. We would stay here again! Thanks for letting us make great memories!
