We had a great stay this past weekend! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Everything was just as described, and the host was easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay again!

I definitely will be back. House is very nice no issues at all, and Mr. Philip was very responsive and respond. Responded to me anytime I needed it. This house was cozy and it felt like home. I’m grateful to have booked and found this place a nice getaway.

Very nice house, little chilly on first floor. Still loved the place, when I book again I’ll bring a couple blankets. Was really cold out though.

Beautiful backyard and pool that was private. Ample seating inside and out and the bedrooms were well equiped. The area has multiple cute main streets nearby and grocery and gas close enough for the forgotten ingredients. Communication was fast and easy with the host.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the amenities made everything so much easier. The pool was very clean and well kept. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm which was a plus!Pili was very fast in responding any questions or concerns we had, I will definitely be staying here again and probably book a longer stay. Only suggestion I would recommend is adding in the description that there is a pet fee if you bring a pet which even then is a reasonable fee.

House was 40 degrees on arrival. Had to leave child in car with engine running as we tried to improve temperature. House had damaged floors throughout property. Had to buy firewood to try and warm house. Had to buy salt to make sure driveway was safe as hadn’t been done. Was told to use heat spacers for downstairs… they blew a fuse and left part of house without lighting. Had to wait hours for host to respond as he was overseas. When finally granted access to garage to access main board to switch breakers… found piles of garbage in storage that hadn’t been removed. Was vile smell. Found used condom wrapper under master bedroom bed… lipstick and makeup on towels in bathroom…. Cookies and open potato chip bags in the cabinets. Seemed the property hadn’t been cleaned and prepared for guest. Really disappointing to have to pay to warm a house and salt driveway along with cleaning out old food and used condom wrappers is disgusting. False advertising on the property as with all the broken flooring and rundown condition it was a terrible experience for us as a family.

Funny how you were busy hunting used condoms under the bed instead of looking for the space heaters to keep your kids warm. When you did find the space heaters, you almost burnt my house down! I gave you access to the garage (which you are not paying for) so you can reset the breakers you tripped. So, you are basically complaining about a space you are not even paying for. Everyone used the salt/shovel I leave right in front of the garage except for you of course. I admit the floors do contract in the winter/expand in the summer (basic science) and I am looking into a remedy. I was out of the country I'm sorry.

House was very spacious for our party of 6. Kitchen was up to date & modern. Well-stocked. Bathrooms nice overall too. Rest of the house was dated. Downstairs was very cold & upstairs very hot. Used the provided space heaters for downstairs & they tripped the breaker so we didn’t have TV or lights for half of downstairs first night . However, the host responded to us timely which we appreciated.
