**Please read this entire listing prior to booking.**

Our home is designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment, with three luxurious king-bedded rooms, a room with two full bunk beds, and two full bathrooms. Our expansive backyard offers a private pool, spa, fire pit, and grill. These are all ideal for both lounging and entertaining.

Located just 25 minutes from Downtown Phoenix and 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, this is the perfect retreat for family and friends.

*This property does not allow cats. The pool is not heated.*

The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am - 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns. Please contact us directly to inquire about better rates!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ and fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.

- All City of Phoenix noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues

Host was welcoming and communicated with us effectively and efficiently. House was in pristine condition. Only note would be that there were not any tissues in the house.

This house was perfect for a multi-generational group. The 3 king size beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The backyard was incredible, but the weather was too chilly to take advantage. We want to come back when it is warmer. The location is great for a north-central visit. We will plan to stay here next time we come back.

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home. Checkin was easy, no issues. The home was clean and spacious. The yard/pool was awesome! Nice neighborhood/area. Close to grocery stores, Target, and many other stores/places to eat.We will definitely be staying here again.

Girls trip

Everything about this house was spectacular. Very clean, plenty of room, lots of yard space and a great location to restaurants and shopping. Working with the property management team was a breeze and they were very responsive to messages that were sent. We will definitely be booking this beautiful VRBO again..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hilltop oasis home. The interior of the home is beautiful with comfy beds and all the necessities for the kitchen and bath. The interior decor make it a really special place. The outdoor space is amazing, the pool, hot tub, dining and games were great fun for our family. We couldn’t get over how spacious and private it was. It was conveniently near a Safeway and we had wonderful meals at vegan and vine as well as Spinato’s for pizza.

Long weekend for graduation

We enjoyed our stay at the hilltop oasis house. It was very clean and spacious. The backyard had plenty of space to enjoy the Arizona sun. We took advantage of the outdoor TV at night while our daughters were in the hot tub. There was plenty of towels and the bedding was comfortable.
