We had a great stay. It was very clean and everything was very easy and convenient from parking to accessing the building and the unit. Great location too!

Everything turned out well. I’ve stayed at several units at that location and the only issue this trip was related to the common property.

Nice apartment

I came to Nashville for a medical procedure at Vanderbilt Health. It was important for me to have parking and be conveniently close to the hospital and and Broadway for some sightseeing. This location was perfect for both. The apartment was clean and smartly furnished. I'd stay here again.

This was not a good experience for my family of 4. The plumbing in the bathroom did not work properly causing pooling in the bathtub while showering, upwards to our calves. The toilet didn’t flush properly and there was pooling in the sink as well. When I called, they sent someone who poured a bottle of draino in the tub, left the trash out and didn’t clean the tub where it had pooled. It didn’t fix the problem and so the plumbing was a problem the entire time. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear TV’s and conversations from other units. We got to hear a very loud, colorful argument one evening. We do not recommend this unit or property and would not stay again.

Convenient and comfi!

We enjoyed our stay here. Parking was easy to access and the elevator and air condition were appreciated. Lyft was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and was nice to have a privacy door inside. We used the appliances and all work well. You have to bring all your own cleaning products if staying for extended time like we did (3 weeks). Prompt response if had any issues. Knowing how to unplug and replug router important because of storms. There is no balcony, as it was stated in the ad. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
