Welcome to A-Frame Escape at Gulfport Garden Oasis, a unique first-floor duplex apartment tucked into a quiet, tropical pocket of Gulfport. Custom built with memorable A-frame character and newly renovated for comfort, this private retreat gives you the best of both worlds: a peaceful garden setting and an easy walk to the waterfront energy of downtown Gulfport.
Start your morning with coffee under the palms, walk to the Gulfport Waterfront District for breakfast, beach access, the fishing pier, local shops, bars, and restaurants, then spend the afternoon exploring Clam Bayou, the marina, nearby bike trails, St. Pete Beach, or downtown St. Petersburg.
The apartment is best suited for 1-2 guests but can sleep up to 3 with a queen bedroom and a full-size daybed in the living area. It works well for a romantic getaway, solo retreat, small family visit, snowbird stay, remote work trip, or mid-term assignment.
Inside, enter through grand double barn doors into a dining area that flows into the living space. The living area includes a cozy full-size daybed layered with pillows and blankets, plus a smart TV for relaxed movie nights. The large kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials for simple meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, countertop convection/toaster oven, electric cooktop, cookware, utensils, and dining basics.
The bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, small dresser, and access to the private backyard area through another set of beautiful barn doors. Open them up when the weather is right and let the Florida breeze move through the space. A mini-split system provides heating and cooling throughout the unit.
The bathroom is spacious and fully tiled from wall to wall, giving the space a clean, fresh, easy-to-use feel.
This is a private first-floor unit in a two-level duplex. The upstairs apartment may be occupied, but soundproofing insulation was installed between levels to help keep the home peaceful. You will have your own private entrance, private parking space, and private garden yard.
Perfect for guests who want a stylish, walkable Gulfport stay without feeling boxed into a standard condo or hotel room.

It’s a wonderful little spot in Gulfport. Easy walk to good restaurants, the fishing pier and easy to get to downtown St. Pete. The property is exactly as advertised! A little oasis! The owners were very responsive and whole stay was relaxing. I highly recommend this place. I rented the downstairs unit and loved every aspect of it.

The home was great, clean and located in an area close to everything. You can get to most beaches in a short reasonable drive. The Gulfport area has the cutest shops and restaurants with the best food. Mike gave a great list of recommendations for things to do when in the area that kept us busy and happy our entire trip. The backyard is like a little oasis, great place to wind down after a day at the beach. Will definitely be returning!

Great Space!

Family trip to visit our daughter in college in St Pete. This is a great spit. Back yard is super private and so cute! The landscaping, seating areas and lighting at night are all perfect!! The apartment has everything you’ll need. We stayed for 9 nights and it never lacked anything!
