Beautiful location. The house is clean & has everything, but it needs some refreshing and maintenance. For this kind of money, I was expecting it to be so run-down. It would be nice if they had a map for the light switches and labeled them. The house is showing its age. The pool is in rough shape, turned green on the second day. They had people come out immediately to work on it, but it wasn't usable until the last 2 days, with strong chemicals, of our 2-week booking. The upstairs smells of heavy cleaner and mold with visible black mold on the ceiling. Every shower on the bottom floor leaked into the downstairs garage. This was a problem because we had nice cars in the garage for upcoming car shows. Someone came out and looked at it, and stated it was normal condensation from the AC. I told him it was not and send a video of the water not dripping as an AC unit would but pouring out of different areas of the ceiling when different each shower was turned on. I saw no leaks when the showers were not used. Mgr follow up saying they don't believe it is from the "toilets"? It's normal AC condensation dripping. They would like to offer me a gift card for a local restaurant. I never mentioned that the toilets! I said the showers. I tested it myself & told them how to test it. Just turn on each shower & wait. Either way water is leaking into the garage ceiling, destroying it with mold. I guess they want to ignore it like everything else in the house. I left a day early.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this rental home, and the property management team was excellent—very responsive and quick to help whenever we needed something, which made a big difference. The location was fantastic: the beach was just steps away, and the sunrise views from the back of the house were absolutely incredible.That said, there were a number of things that made it less than ideal for us. When we arrived, the pool looked like it was filled with sand, but it turned out it just needed resurfacing (which management let us know was scheduled soon). We also had an electrical outage in the kitchen, which meant we couldn’t use the stove or outlets until someone came to reset the breaker. Thankfully, management sent someone out quickly to fix it. The fridge is a smart fridge connected to Alexa, and somehow an alarm had been set for 3:45 AM—so definitely double-check that when you arrive!The bunk room was much smaller than expected—it was difficult to climb up, and for a room meant to sleep six, the space was very limited overall. The bathroom in the basement was very old, dirty, and honestly a bit creepy, so we avoided using it. There were also several cosmetic updates the home could use, like worn steps in the back. Since there’s a lot of sand around the property, it would really help to have rugs or mats at each door to cut down on how much sand gets tracked inside.On the plus side, the beds in the queen rooms were excellent—very comfortable and firm. The king bed was softer than expected, but still fine.Overall, while we did enjoy the location and appreciated the responsive management, the needed updates, the small pool, and the condition of some spaces made it a property we personally wouldn’t rent again.

We loved that it was a gated community. Beautiful, private beach with views of the inlet as well. Loved that the back was fenced for our grandchildren. We would definitely rent this property again. Disappointed that the fire pit was gone (as advertised). A few minor things needed fix, but a beautiful home.

2025 Family Vacation

The Inlet side of Jetties provides Tidal pools for the little ones to play I would definitely recommend the package for Beach Chairs and Umbrellas for your stay. They set up and take down ( earlier than we wanted) the Sunsets are gorgeous but can’t really see from the house. So walk down to POINT to enjoy. The Staff at Baskaway was Great and responded to our ?’s in a timely manner. We would definitely book again.

Hell week

The House looks great and the elevator that goes to all 3 floors awesome. Traveling with my elderly mother and handicapped father in-law this is just the house we need. But what they don't tell you is that the elevator does not work and you are stuck here because they are not going to help. Then on Friday the power Co shuts the power off to the house so the power panel can be upgraded ( they tell us that it has been scheduled for 2 weeks) you think anyone let us know. NO once they get your money the customer service is gone. So be careful when you are booking with them. We have used other local Co for over 15 years without a problem. Do your homework.

Great Location - Plenty of Room

Property was in a great location in a gated community. Home was spacious. In general, everything was clean and tidy. Management was quick to respond before and during our stay to any needs. I would definitely book again.

Quick observations

Great home, terrific views. We have previously stayed at this home. Unfortunately, dunes have worked their way toward the home - back yard smaller, beautiful palms gone. Minor things in house - kitchen utensils hardly better than plastic ( disappointing ), some of the furniture in bedrooms ( upstairs) bedside table crazy small, cheap - just doesn’t fit Two Views. Feel like upstairs BR should have had a King.
